When u order food make sure u check it before u leave, even if u are in the rush.
I didn’t checked mine, and they didn’t wrap the thing right I gotta food inside bag instead in the wrap🤦♀️😩
Great customer service. My friend and I order through the app but it didn't work, and her money was still taken out of her account from the bank. They still served us what we ordered and because it was my birthday they all sang happy birthday to me. It was very sweet 🎂
Employees never pay attention always talking and rushing that they always screw up the orders. I stopped going as much just because I’m sick of paying full price for half of my food. The tacos always come sloppy and a hot mess. Just got food tonight and again order messed up and sloppy.
I’m not sure if it’s maps that needs to update their hours of operation, but I drove to this location (Newport Ave) for breakfast. On maps it says the dining area is open at 9. I arrived ten of 10. About as bad as any other taco bell I don't know how taco bell manages to have such low quality customer service across the board. I'd say it's an issue with the company more than the people working them.

Twice in a row I went there and they didn't give me the sauce for any of my burritos or tacos and I asked for it, very disappointed. But the food is good
Young people working, no respect for the food!!! Gives you old food that been setting around for a while. Churchy taco are supposed to be hard not watered down. I couldn't even eat them had to throw them out.
