Went in to pick up a “walk-in” order. The place was not too busy. The front door was still locked. There was no sign in the door saying the lobby is closed. I stood waiting until someone would see me trying to get in. I was ignored. I went through the drive through. I asked through the order speaker
I waited in line for 15 minutes because someone ahead of me kept changing her order. And, had a large order. ( She was ordering while on the phone) I had to pull out of line (before I could order) because I was going to be late for work. The people behind me left as well. There should be some policy
Conveniently located directly off the highway with easy return to both north and south on route 95. Very clean. Great staff.
Terrible,Terrible,Terrible... don't claim yourself as "open" when your not, thats such a pain. Get you some good workers that come in ready to work there shift. Opening time was for 4:00am, I walked to this location for 5:15 and nothing was set up, doors were closed.
Went to get breakfast for me and my Son and then continue on our way to another place that I had to go to. Very Good Service.
I asked for a salted caramel cold brew and after 3X times they got the order wrong and it tasted horrible. They also gave us attitude
Came through the drive they today around 11:00 a darkskin girl with box braids was working the window, came up to the window was not greeted she didn’t say a single word to me the entire time just stared at me very rude and unprofessional your job is to greet people and cash them out.
Ordered through the app for walk in but they had the doors locked. Tried calling but they don't answer the phone. Had to go through drive through and staff was super rude. My food was ice cold. Don't go to this dunkin it's horrible.
