Our family frequently visits this location. The atmosphere is nice. The employees are polite, courteous, and helpful. The food is good. As with most restaurants, the prices continue to climb. The parking lot is small and tight.
La Hacienda is overall the best Mexican restaurant in PTC. The food is great and the margaritas are fantastic.
Just like any restaurant “post-COVID” it seems that La Hacienda may be short staffed at times which does create slow service. There has been a help wanted sign on the door for a while - so I don’t fault the ownership for this. In fact I’ve seen them running from tables to the kitchen etc trying to work with what they can.
I highly recommend this place and it’s worth the wait.
Decent spot. Food was good and parking was not bad when we went. Service was excellent and very friendly. Prices were slightly above average, but I will return.
I love this location. This is the only location I will eat at. The atmosphere is great, the people are awesome and the good is great. We love Louis and his crew ❤️
