Great quality sandwich using fresh ingredients, ready and on time and with excellent customer service (like other reviews, no comparison to other sub shops). If it wasn't so hard to get in/out of this location, I'd frequent it more often.
This location really excels… I prefer Jimmy John’s when I’m on the mainland so I decided to try Jersey Mikes and I gotta say, this one may replace JJ’s…

Very good subs, always hits. Hard to find though, the sign was missing. Google maps directed me to the opposite side of the mall. But it’s inside the highlands market.
When Jersey Mike's came to Oahu it was a miracle. There's only so much of the competition's wimpy subs you can take. Plus coming from the East coast you need some of that back home sub love that the other just can't provide. The meats are fresh, the bread is good. The Mike's relish spread is a must
I love Jersey Mikes. They always cut the meat fresh in front of you and give way more than subway. You can order on the app or website and it will be ready when you get there. Easy app to navigate. It is expensive but worth the money. They have a rewards program so you can earn free subs pretty fast
Sandwiches are always made right and in a timely manner. Never had a problem with pickup orders or delay. Cute little outside eating area too.
I ordered a stack and cheez number 17 for my first visit. Sand which was delicious. I ordered a standard size and when combined with chips and a medium drink made for a filling meal. Drinks were a choice of bottled or fountain drinks. Pepsi drinks were what was on the menus. Fast, efficient service.

Everytime I go there the staff is polite and engaging. They will make your sandwich how you want if you tell them specifically before they start making the sandwich. They usually have enough staff when I go in there. It's a great place to eat.
