Food was pretty good- steaks cooked to perfection and our server was friendly, attentive, and welcoming(I believe his name was Jeremy- he was great). Honestly the only complaint I have is about the restroom. Trash was scattered about, paper towel dispenser was broken, cleaning supplies just stuffed in the corner by the sink. I've been to McDonald's with better bathrooms 😬 this one just seemed rather run down/outdated in general-even if it had been maintained properly. That being said- outside of the bathroom, or experience was great 👍🏽 👌

Edited review after being contacted by the GM: Though the food was good, there was a long wait secondary to staffing, but our server and her trainee were both pleasant. I did not like that the appetizer plate wasn’t clean and there was no plastic ware as that is what I prefer when I dine out. I had some in my truck, so it wasn’t a deal breaker. The biggest issue is that the waitress stated that she had to manually add gratuity to our checks before giving them to us. She came back and stated that she added the gratuity which was highlighted and wrote in red the amount due to her. For those who paid with a card, all of our gratuity increased approximately 2% more once the cards were run and the charges were processed. The waitress brought out the checks as if nothing changed. I’m not sure if she knows that it did. According to the GM, there is a glitch in the system that causes the checks to automatically increase when the % button is pressed. The gratuity on the checks is initially calculated based on the subtotal. Once the credit card is processed, the gratuity is calculated based on the grand total which of course increases the amount due. I typically tip 20% and above based on service, so the increase wasn’t a big deal. However, this needs to be corrected and at least verbalized to the guests so that it doesn’t look to be fraudulent activity.

In town for the night. This was the only place open within walking distance. Sat at the bar and had excellent service near closing time. No complaints or aggravation from the bartender. He genuinely seemed happy to be there doing his job. Shacari? The guests and the employees were all friendly and welcoming. I'll be here every few months and will definitely make a point to visit again.
