If you're looking for a great night out or an elegant evening dinner, this is definitely the place to choose. They have a complimentary valet (at least during the week). The food and service are great! The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 4-star review is because the dining room has an intimate, soft dinner vibe, but once the dining room filled about half of the tables, it got loud. It was difficult to talk to across the table loud. So I gave it a 4-star because I didn't feel the vibe matched the experience/expectations. Outside of that, our server was knowledgeable, food met expectations, and we enjoyed our dinner.

Enjoyed a perfect evening at Killen’s Steak house with the family. Emmett waited on us. We’d most certainly recommend him, and ask for him again in the future. He was personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we had a great experience dining there. During our meal the timing was good, the table stayed clean, plates were cleared and water was full at all times. The staff make sure the customer experience was above and beyond. The food was exceptional with a menu featuring both wet and dry aged steaks cooked to perfection, & amazing sides. I’d highly recommend the potato side with the fried egg on top! The thinly sliced potatoes, perfectly seasoned and crisp in its pan with bacon and onion was a delicious addition to our meal. The sprouts were excellent too, as well as the bone marrow shepherds pie appetizer and shrimp cocktail. They were all good choices. I’m convinced one really can’t go wrong here. The wine (had the Merlot) was great. I would also highly recommend having a cocktail here. The drink menu is extensive and there were several cocktails I would have loved to try. For this time, an espresso martini was in order. Killen’s twist on it (with cream and condensed milk Vietnamese style) was preferable to the traditional version most other restaurants make. Definitely get dessert here. The chocolate cheesecake was amazing and big enough to share. On the menu there really was something for everyone. Overall, every dish was perfectly cooked, the food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely-an upscale place without being stuffy or snobbish. It’s pretty at Christmas and would be a wonderful choice for a holiday gathering. While, the restaurant isn’t small, it still manages to give the customers, a cozy, individualized feel with top notch service. If it were a test, they’d get a 100%.

Stepping into Killen's Steakhouse is like entering a world where impeccable service and culinary excellence are the standard. Let's talk about the main event: the NY Strip Wagyu flight. This wasn't just dinner; it was a masterclass in steak perfection. Each bite of the Wagyu was a melt-in-your-mouth experience, rich with flavor that can only be described as a symphony for the senses. The mashed potatoes on the side? Creamy, dreamy, and the perfect wingman to the steak's show-stopping performance. My wife and I shared this feast, and let me tell you, it was a delicious endeavor that left no room for anything else. The phrase "I'm stuffed" doesn't quite cover it—we were practically ready to roll out of there! And the cheesecake, oh, the cheesecake! It was a slice of heaven, so good that it could make a grown man weep with joy. It was the ideal finale to an already stunning meal. Now, a high five to our server, who was absolutely on point. Attentive without being intrusive, he navigated our dining experience with the grace of a seasoned pro, always there when we needed him and ensuring our evening was nothing short of exceptional. Hats off to Killen's Steakhouse for an unforgettable dining adventure.

The quality of service and selection is always top tier at Killen's. There are a few new items on the menu which gives a bit more depth to an already extensive menu, and the drinks never disappoint.

We went there for dinner on a Saturday night and it was not busy. The food, we got a lemon drop martini which was very well made and delicious, and then started with the jumbo crab cake appetizer. Just perfect for the 2 of us. I was in love and could just eat that for lunch for the rest of my life. For the main entree I got the rosewood waygu filet mignon and my friend got the rosewood waygu ribeye steak - both cooked medium rare. Mine was very yummy but also extremely salty, so if you're not a fan of salt, do not order this steak. Luckily I am and I devoured it. My best friend loved her steak too, but I didn't try it. Our sides were the potatoes au gratin (I liked them but she said they were kinda plain bc she could taste the potatoes lol) and lobster Mac and cheese (I don't care for lobster but I actually really liked these). We didn't order desert bc our waiter disappeared for like 20-30 minutes at the end of our meal. Service - they try to upsell you on everything, don't be afraid to say no. I was kinda frustrated bc our waiter kept explaining things to us we already know and double questioning us (temp of steak, choice of drink, etc), and then he disappeared? You will get water filled by the guy filling it, who is covered in sweat and you'll see him working and never sitting, carrying the water everywhere. Two hostesses gaze down upon the tables like overlords (or vultures) even when they have no tables to seat. Overall it's a very odd dynamic. The restaurant - looks like a regular older restaurant, you wouldn't have guessed it to be the expensive place it is by peeking inside. Normal tables and chairs, flooring/carpet looks old and in need of a cleaning. And the decor/ambiance was probably all the rave in the 90s but idk if the owner knows that was 30+ years ago? The bathroom, however, was very clean and oddly enough smelled really really good (I don't think I've ever said that in a review haha) but the picture in there is creepy/odd…

I had the pleasure of having a meal at Killen's Steakhouse while I was in the area to celebrate a friend's birthday. Our group of 6 was seated promptly and were immediately greeted by our waiter who proceeded to go over all of the specials with us. Throughout the evening our drinks were constantly kept full and at no point did we go without great service. The food itself was outstanding. Between the six of us we had several different appetizers and entrees, each with a different side. It was all prepared perfectly and had a great taste to it. Though the restaurant is expensive, the experience was worth the price and should definitely be considered if you are looking to have a celebratory dinner.

Always wanted to try out this place but never had the occasion. Finally got to dine over here. It was definitely an experience. To be upfront, prices are steep so this would be a place you'd want to come for a special occasion. Pros: 1. Good ambiance and decor. 2. Great selection of meat cuts and wine. Expensive cuts but the flavor says it all. 3. Wait staff is great. Friendly, takes the time to explain the menu, and attends to the table often. 4. Valet parking although it's really not necessary. Cons: 1. Not exactly a con but I need to mention - prices are quite steep. Dinner for a party of 3 came out to be about $450 with tax. Ouch! 2. It would be nice if side dishes were not an extra that I need to buy. Heck, if I'm paying $75 for a New York Strip, a side or salad should come along with it.

We went for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived everyone was very nice and attentive. We love that they have complimentary valet. There was a birthday card at the table when we sat. We ordered old fashions and they were very well made. The waiter made sure to ask us our desired base and offer some recommendations for the drinks. We order the pork belly for an appetizer. It was very well seasoned and delicious! Would recommend. My husband ordered the dry-aged ribeye and I ordered the beef Wellington (a favorite of mine) both were cooked exactly to temp and were delicious! Although both were great I would strongly recommend the beef Wellington. We also ordered the carrot cake and bread pudding. Both were great but I would argue the carrot cake took the top on this set. All of the staff were amazing the entire time. We will definitely be returning. Also, the bar area was packed from the moment we walked in until we left. This makes me think just popping in for a snack and great drink with a friend or coworker is also worthwhile.

We have been visiting this steakhouse for 6+ years. We visited for the first time in a long time this past weekend, so I felt compelled to update my last review. The food was terrific and on par with past visits. The seared ahi tuna and filet were both on point. As far as the sides, we enjoyed the brussel sprouts and the au gratin potatoes. Bar service was good, and liquor pours were generous. The waiter service was unfortunately sub-par. In saying that, we've had some amazing waiters over the years, but not so much on this last visit. It took 10 minutes before we were even greeted! At least send someone to get us some drinks. We still tipped appropriately, but it needs to be documented that there should be zero times where this happens at a steakhouse like Killens. All in all, we will be back and still the best steakhouse option in Pearland.

Started off with the pork belly appitizer it was good. I had to send my steak back because I ordered medium rare and it came out way over done.. but the waiter made it right quickly and I got the beef cheek after trying my husbands. Do not pass up the beek cheek!! It is AMAZING! The desert was great too. 10/10 will dine here again!

Other than not getting a table an hour after they opened (I think because of how I was dressed), it is amazing! Bartender Emilio was extremely attentive. Incredible service by all the staff. Top shelf selections on whiskey. 👏🏻 Dry aged NY strip was thee best you can find. Sides were on point also. Highly recommend Killen's. Very nice ambiance and just all around top quality. 👌🏻

The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. We had the asparagus, scalloped potatoes, and macaroni and cheese as sides. They could have been a meal in themselves. The oysters on the half shell were delicious as was the bone marrow appetizer. The steaks were perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is lively but relaxing.

Been hearing about the hype of Killen's steakhouse for yrs. Glad I got a chance to finally try it. Honestly, one of the best steaks I've had in the greater Houston area. Definitely lives up to the hype. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant ambiance/vibe was nice. Definitely recommend this place if you like steak. Prices are fair for the quality of food.

It is one of the best steakhouses in the Houston area. Be prepared to drop ~$100 to $150 per person if you do a full course non-wagyu meat meal with drinks with the ability to spend much more. But it is completely worth the price and trip to Pearland for a special occasion. Outside of the wagyu steaks, my personal favorite meal is the 8 oz wet aged filet, creme corn and the creme bruele for desert.
