I love this franchise! Locations are different but this one had a drive-thru! My favorite at any restaurant is to get what I need and go without having to get out of the car. And the staff was were fabulous. They were considerate and looked out for my needs and yet were humorous and we shared a laugh. Very efficient and accommodating
The food was hot, delicious and filling! I had a Texas Style Spud! Just as filling & delicious as it was back in the 90's!!!

UPDATE 2023: I've been back several times since this last review and all was well until last night. Idc, when the manager I posted below is not IN THE BUILDING the food us always subpar for some reason. I ordered $58 in food then turned around and purchases another $15 for soup and ginger muffins. Only to get home and have cranberries in my dam CB potato with thus sliced chicken (which by the way is not the normal cubed chicken they usually use) I've spoken to the manager about this several times and others as well. Just glad I'm not allergic. Not to mention the kids potatoes were stiff with barely any cheese and bacon. Who's kids are eating this. Now I have a fridge full of potatoes. It sucks honesty. For as much money and time I spend writing these you'd think they could hold the cranberries next time. This review was my experience I'd still go back and it's one of the VERY few I'd recommend this for. The service was still good. Just that darn potatoe situation I can't get with I came for the food. The service was complimentary.

boi ol boi customer service from this guy is superb. Always, and that's hard, but he's always friendly. And if I'm being honest the people on staff when he manages does a better job. He needs a raise ASAP! The ice cream is delicious. It's a bit hidden on Broadway but definitely value must!
The nutty mixed up salad with the lime vinaigrette is the BEST! It has chunks of chicken and feta accompanied by cranberries, grapes, strawberries, walnuts, and seeds over a bed of greens. I could eat this salad every day. So good!
Had the salad bar. You can really pile it on and have more food than you can finish for lunch.
They can do a better job at cleaning the restaurant.
Very good sandwiches. We had the reuben and yankee. The sweet teas especially the black currant was also tasty. they also have ice cream (self service) and its also good. Will definitely come back for more
Best lobster bisque ever, but corn beef a lil chewy or maybe I'm use to it being shaved, hey born and raised Chicago, but maybe other meats I haven't tried yet and yes I am going back.
A casual place for a good variety of sandwiches with a salad bar as well. I had previously enjoyed the delicious club royale on the toasted croissant, and was delighted that they agreed to make it in a wrap on this visit. The salad bar items were fresh, and the broccoli & cheese soup was creamy and yummy.
We went to Jason's Deli yesterday after several days out of the country and no food in our house. It was delicious as always and the service was friendly. It was nice to eat comforting food after a long day of travel.
The Sante Fe Chicken Sandwich is quite possibly the best chicken sandwich I have ever had! 🐔 The bread is lightly toasted, the bacon is perfectly crispy, the avocado 🥑 is the perfect amount & the cheese is melted on the warm Chicken Breast. I always order the "manager's special" & I get mac & cheese instead of the chips & add a 1-Pass Salad Bar. So much healthy food.
The service is excellent. JASON one of the reg employees always provides exceptional service. Jason deserves a raise.
I was very impressed with the service. The young lady who took my order had just finished dealing with a really rude customer and remained professional. She was patient with me and extremely helpful.
