I had great customer service and the pizzas were very good.
Pickup was less than it could have been. Called to update order and was told it was not there. I was calling to change order to delivery to my car instead of pickup. When the man finally found my order he was reluctant to bring it to me. I apologized about the mistake and I was once again berated for not choosing the correct pickup method.
The food was great but the wait time was too long. They need more hands on deck.
Look. It’s Pizza Hut. It’s not elite pizza but it’s good, cheap and easy to order. Today I had a great customer service moment. I ordered something wrong online and the cashier had staff remake my order and was friendly. He bought me a Pepsi for the mistake I made. In an age where customer service is lacking I was pleased at his kindness and it makes me want to go back.

This was our first visit to this location and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. My wife placed an order for curbside pickup. I told her to have them bring it to the driver side window so I could check it out when they handed it to me. Once I arrived and checked in online, the young lady brought out the order within like two minutes. They were off to a great start. I sat the items down and began my inspection. I never leave before checking my food for quality. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to see probably one of the best prepared pizzas from any Pizza Hut I have ever seen. The toppings were well proportioned and the pizza itself was baked magnificently. I have to give the crew credit for doing such a fantastic job. In addition, the pizza came with an order of cinnamon sticks and they were prepared equally magnificently. They looked like cinnamon deliciousness. The pizza was for my wife, so I didn't get to taste it because I don't eat pork or beef. She really enjoyed it and I'm glad because she was going to send me to a different location. Once again, the crew did a fantastic job!
Was craving Pizza Hut and I hadn’t had it for a bit. Never tried this location. We ordered the pepperoni dinner box that comes with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. Pan pizza.. was amazed at how crispy the pizza was. Tasted way better than I was even expecting. Breadsticks were on point. Took a little more than the 15 mins because the breadsticks but it was soooo worth it. I am in heaven ❤️
Been going here since 2002 nice people Pizza Hut seems like they're finally getting there pizza back up the quality.
I came in last night (12/18/21) and they were super busy. The woman at the front was so kind despite being overloaded with customers and things to do. This is by far my favorite location. I have never had a bad experience with any orders. Definitely 5 stars!

The wings were the wrong kind, we ordered boneless, so had to wait for that and the ones we did get were dry and only about half had the sauce on them. Pizza hut is always my choice for pizza, but was not completely satisfied with our order yesterday. The cheese pizza was cold and hard.
One of the best Pizza Huts in Houston. Been going here since 2014. My order has never once been wrong. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I drive in from Manvel to order from this one. The PH near me in Manvel is just disgusting. I wish this one could deliver to my address, but it's worth the drive.
