Very nice people. Clean location and food is good. Very reasonably priced food as well.
First off the food is very good and priced right. They are in the middle of a staff overhaul and appears to be going through some staff growing pains. The booth seats were mostly black duct tape and the tables were clean but looked dirty from scratches and stains. They are trying to improve the experience and are succeeding with the hostess and waitresses. The customer service is exponentially better than what is was 2 months ago. Hopefully they keep up the service and make some improvements to the booths and earn that fifth star back.
Today the wait time was none. Both my server the greeter was very courteous. I've been here many times but today seemed to be my lucky day. My shake didn't take long at all my Burger came out way sooner than I expected. This place has improved a lot.
