BEST FAST FOOD BURGER PLACE ON SHADOW CREEK PKWY!!! This place never fails to deliver a quality product, at a quality speed. I have been going to this Wendy's for quite some time because it is the only one in the area, and it has always been consistent. If something happens to be wrong with the order, they are quick to try to resolve the problem and with a good attitude as well. This is the ONLY consistent burger place on this street and in this area as well. I do not like to download apps on my phone but recently I decided to get this one for Wendy's which is also simple to use.
Went by there for a early dinner and ordered a $5 Biggie meal (junior bacon cheeseburger, small fries, chicken nuggets and a small Coke). The food was really good, and the burger still tastes as delicious as the time I first tried it over 30 years ago. Everything was cooked just right. Kudos to the staff there!
We went through the drive-through and the food was loved by my family and I'm vegan but it smelled extremely delicious. My family even my 1yr old loved what they ate. The only thing that took a star away was, they handed me a bag and just looked at me, no thank you, no have a good day, no that's it. I had to ask,"is this it?", then the other guy at the window nodded yes. So I don't even know if both employees were mute or not, never heard a voice, literally. It was kind of weird. But the food was good and efficient.
Spicy Chicken Bacon Avocado burger with a Chicken Avocado salad, instead of french fries. It was a good healthy combination. And I do like avocado. Finishing touche, strawberry lemonade. It's good to cut down on the soda.
It's very rare in the Houston area that fast food restaurant cashiers show any sort of friendliness to the customers, but I want to highly complement the young Hispanic lady who served me for her friendliness and kindness in serving me.
My order was made exactly how I wanted it. Fresh and hot. The employee was calm and cool when dealing with the customer in front of me. Saying her order was wrong and when the employee looked at it and stated everything was there and correct, she didn't apologize and just left angry. I know it was lunch hour but dam, people need to relax a little bit. Definitely coming back for my lunch more often.
