HORRIBLE experience. They were supposed to be open at 10:30 but didn't open until 11am. Had customers outside waiting to come in and they were inside just looking at us. Diner was closed at 2 pm. Drive thru one car ahead and still took a long time for my order. I revceived no utensils with my order. Had to eat my mashed potatoes with a straw. Lady in drive thru was rude. How can a company so big have such bad service..

Stupit cashier tells us it’s carry out only after we already sit down to eat but forgets to put sporks napkins and the jalapeños I ordered. It ain’t my fault you hate your job other then that the food is good freshly made

Girls are great, nice & get food out in a timely fashion. Foods hot and fresh. Side note to KFC management/CEO: yall need to figure out the uniforms. Yea reviews are about the food and customer service but a uniform plays a role in representing your brand.

On google it says open till midnight but at the locstion its only open till "11:00" but i was there at 10:30 on 5/21/22 and it was closed with three cars in the lot and all the lights on this is my third attempt and likely final to get kfc they are never open and have screwed up my order the ONE tim
