Lovely feel of old west saloon but sleek modern edge at the same time. Service is lovely and welcoming. Innovative shots and cocktails, and love the beer pitchers. Food promises to have the mark of excellence as well and the riceballs are delicious.
Amazing food. Very fresh and the service was great. Really love the American patriotic decor and it's dimly lit. I will be back for sure.
Delicious and fun place to be! The food was delicious. They also have vegetarian food that doesn't consist of salad. The food was well season and not heavy or greasy! Calvin our server was wonderful. He sang to us and danced too! He made the evening out more enjoyable. Someone who was friendly
Went to Eagle Saloon on opening day and was impressed. Went back a couple months later and it's even better. They've expanded the admittedly odd menu (Asian inspired food in a cowboy bar) and now there's a great selection of food beyond just appetizer type stuff. And the food is good... really tasty
Spacious and Excellent atmosphere. Upstairs great for a group of 12 or so. Food was decent and had a variety of options. Drinks were pricy for the size but well made. Service was fantastic and attentive. Orders arrived very quickly.
I didn't get a chance to eat, only came for drinks. As soon as you walk in the experience starts. All the Americana in this place is so amazing.

I love this place!! The decor, the vibe, the philosophy, and the FOOD. SO GOOD. You wouldn't think brisket and lo mein works...and then it does. And I feel so at home here.
Quesadillas were great! Menu is severely limited. Potato skins were delicious. Nice open atmosphere. Long bar which is lacking in Peekskill.
Nashville inspired bar who supports law enforcement? Count me in. We could use a little more bar like this around here. Hopefully one comes up to the wappingers area!

Good bar, and it's a ton of fun. Only reason for 4 stars is because it's hard to get a drink on Friday or Saturday.
The menu had my expectations very low. The selection is both very small and very strange. However, once the food came out my expectation was turned around entirely by the quality of the food.
Love this country bar! Only missing a star because of the super young crowd that rolls in around 10/11pm on weekends.
