Arby's - Pell City - Photo album

I have ordered the 1/2lb Beef and Cheddar 2X, the advertisement shows 2 layers of Cheddar. What I received both times was less than what you would get on the basic. Both times I've had to take half of the roast beef and just feed it to my dogs 🐕.

For the second time I get half my order right...whats going on guys ya need to pay better attention...YES I CHECK MY BAGS NOW because of the lack of energy it takes to put the whole order in a bag. The last two times I've been there the customer service is the pits. They never give me a receipt so I can do a survey on them. The only reason I go there at all is because my son likes the beef and cheddar sandwiches.
