Very good Starbucks within office building. Large Drive Thru in back of office building.
Pembroke Pines, FL. I don’t do Starbucks reviews unless it’s over-the-top-great because I only accompany my husband to them but today we got exceptional service. Miguel noticed us waiting for our mobile order and asked what we were waiting on. Turns out my husband had placed it at a different Starbucks. With the best, genuinely kind attitude, Miguel insisted on making our order at no charge. He wowed our socks off! He was nice from start to finish.
(Well we of course left cash to cover it and a tip.)
We need more Miguels in the world.
It’s a spacious Starbucks with 1 padded leather chair seating area, 8 small tables, 2 longer tables, and about 4 outside tables.

Coffee was great. Service was prompt with a smile. I stopped to make a call and ended up staying for a pleasant hour.
Caramel frappe is delicious.
Super quick and I love the roof over the drive through window! Keeps food and drinks dry!

I decided to give this location 5 STARS... why, after reading the reviews left, wanted to share my experience for I frequent the drive through often. Staff is super sweet especially in the very early morning and customer service is great. Yes, they could be quicker however, we have to take into consideration people in front of us and what they are ordering as well as the service that is being provided when you go to the window. I would rather have excellent service vs being rushed through a line of robots. Drive thru while being in the convenience of our cars is our choice. Remember to give the staff a thank you! Life is hard out there as we all try to get back to what is the new norm.

This is one of the store that close late, it has a lot of space and parking is not an issue. Has a drive thru as well.
2023-08-10 But it is super busy and service is not always the best. Today they have only one oven working and I was late to a meeting because they took way longer to finish the order.
Let me just say that I come here all the time. In fact there’s one just 2 minutes away from me but I rather drive to this one. Everyone is beyond friendly and welcoming. They are super sweet. No one has EVER messed up me or my spouse’s drink. We love it, we will continue to visit always. Thank you guys, you’re amazing. ❤️
Very spacious and clean interior compared to other Starbucks I have been to. Staff is very polite. They all say welcome when you enter....some other Starbucks locations don't even look up from their phone until you try to talk to them...keep it up
This Starbucks location does a great job at providing excellent service. Friendly, fast, coffee is right, and good. What makes this location stand out from other Starbucks locations that I've been to is there's a lot more space inside, and seating available just about anywhere along the walls with many power outlets too! This is definitely a spot I would recommend for settling in and trying to get some work done, or studying. If this Starbucks was on my route and more close to me I would frequent this location more often.
