The food is as advertised! Very fresh and probably the best pizza my family and I have had in a very long time or if ever. The sauce on the pizza tasted freshly delicious as well as the spaghetti my wife had. The deserts were awesome. The service was very friendly and food served in a timely manner. We will now start visiting the place a lot more often.

Better than we thought. We're going out tonight. Called a friend and told us of Russo 1/2 mile from my house. Stupidly we went online and saw mostly negative moments. Went anyway on our friends suggestion. Ordered chicken pram and eggplant pram. Both along with cucumber salad were very good. Stefan was our waiter and he did a great pleasant job. Will 1000 % go back

Very Nice Surprise. Me and my wife were looking for a place that stayed open past 9:30 and Russo's looked inviting so we went in. The service was great and the menu items was full of variety...not just pizza and Calzones. We had the meatballs, cucumber salad, minestrone soup and the strombolli. The meat balls were very moist and filling, smothered in a awesome meat sauce. The cucumber salad may have been the beat thing I had there..and that's saying a lot because I'm not a big salad guy but the mix is cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, tomato and feta cheese was simply PERFECT!! As for the strombolli...it was very flavorful and not too greasy, sometimes w/ Strombolli's the meat oil tends to settle to the bottom of the dough...not in this case. The garlic rolls may be some of the best I've EVER had and the service and decor were top notch. I highly reccomend Russo's if yoy are in Miramar...if you like any Coal Fire food joint, this would rate as the beat in my book in S. Florida. Happy Eats!!

All Russo’s pastas are made fresh in their kitchen so I was excited to try one of the dishes out. I had a penne pasta that was perfectly al dente ( although someone else may feel it is slightly undercooked). It was so delicious and so amazingly good. I wasn't expecting it and so it really knocked my socks off. Pizza cannot be passed up at a place that serves coal fire pizza, so we ordered the New York Village. It was hot out of the oven, made with a nice thinner and crispier crust, fresh ingredients and a nice homemade sauce. It was quite good. Russo’s Coal Fired Italian Kitchen
I always wanted to come here and today was the day! Everything was spectacular, the pasta, the sangria, the appetizers, the artisan ice cream, the customer service, the wait time, we will definitely be back soon! We ate delicious and left more than happy, thank you for everything!!
Visited this place today for the second time. There was no wait as there were only a couple of people inside. Our waiter came over quickly to take our drink order....he was very polite and attentive, overall a very good service experience. Regarding the food, the garlic rolls are the best I've ever had so far...which is a lot to say. They are soft, doughy but in a good way, with a garlic butter sauce with a hint of rosemary. We also had the fried calamari, and those were really good as well. We had a cheese pizza and the mulbery pizza, and they were both really good. The only con was that it did not have enough sauce for my taste. Overall, we had a good experience and will most likely return.

My husband and I dine here usually after church and we always have such a good time. You get free garlic rolls with every meal and they are fresh, soft, tasty, and warm. Love the Mediterranean Gluten Free Pizza here! It's delicious and it's one of the few pizza places that offers gluten-free food. Their Mediterranean salad is also really fresh and tasty. Atmosphere and service are top-notch!
This place is amazing guys. I had the spicy shrimp Alfredo. It was awesome. The atmosphere is great the staff the waiters everyone is super friendly. As soon as you walk through the door they greet me. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely bring my family back here, happy hunting.
The food was a little slow coming out but it was absolutely delicious!! Party of 10, everyone loved their dish!! Rolls/garlic rolls/spinach artichoke dip were also fabulously perfect!! Atmosphere was also perfect! Prices are a little on the pricey side but the food is amazing!!

Omg this is THE BEST NY PIZZA I’ve had in Fl. I couldn’t stop saying “mmm” as I ate it. The cheese, the sauce- Str8 NY!!! The chicken wings tasted like they were made at home. They weren’t my favorite but it was real interesting how “made from scratch” they taste. I was visiting family down this way when I tried Russo’s and will make sure I get a box when I come back. This place is one of those places like “i don’t wanna drive to Ft. laud. But- wait a min…. I can stop by Russo’s while I’m there!” And that will motivate me. Mmmmmmm!!!!!
So I have been going here for a couple years. However what made this experience different was what we ordered. Its not a menu item but we found it thanks to the group my wife and I were seated near. The mythical Chicago style pizza. Never have I seen my wife's face lit up like it did for food. Mind you she's not highly motivated by food so this was a surprise to me. We will definitely be going again and ordering this. It was heaven.
First time here. Garlic rolls are very good. Stromboli wasn't bad either just could have used more ingredients to the ends. Will def try it again

My family and I just moved here from Brooklyn. We are accustomed to family style, culture filled Italian food. This restaurant did not disappoint considering my high expectations. I would even choose this restaurant over my favorites in New York.
I enjoyed that they were graciously willing to customize any order we requested and happy to describe every ingredient within each dish. They server was entertaining and kind to my family - we have three children and we felt at home.
We had:
The garlic knots- they were warm, soft, fresh, garlicky, buttery, scrumptious. They felt like pillows with a nice baked exterior.
The mushroom and truffle oil papperdelle pasta. The entire dish was cooked to perfection. The sauce brought everything together beautifully.
The pepperoni PIZZA!! It was cheesy, fresh, and garnished to perfection.
The chicken Alfredo with salmon. The portion was generous and there was an awesome surprise of basil. It’s clear that the owner and her team go above and beyond to set themselves apart from standard chain restaurants.
The calamari with sauce. It was cooked expertly. The perfect crunch and buoyancy until it melted in my mouth.
Everything tasted homemade. We also had homemade icecream and bread pudding. It was creamy, firm and just perfect.
We loved it so much we are headed back today.

This gem of a restaurant. You will be thoroughly satisfied by the atmosphere, attention to detail and food.
Stopped by while on our way home from a road trip. Left the car charging and enjoyed a pizza. The service was great, and the food was just as good. Very nice and clean on the inside. highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

I had emailed about 10 different Italian restaurants regarding vegan items and Karla is the only person that responded (and quickly)! Incase anyone is wondering they have vegan minestrone, the vegan pastas are: Spaghetti, Penne, Fettuccine, Angel Hair, and for pizza they can make it without cheese! While the ice cream is not vegan, it is homemade and delicious! Thank you guys for the quick (and only) reply and accommodations!
I came across this restaurant by luck. Host was super accommodating. I ordered 2 pizza pies. Host offered me a few garlic rolls “on the house” Definitely and good selling point, because my next order will definitely include garlic rolls!!!! Pizzas were great! Well brick baked! The food is good most of the times . The fettuccine Alfredo was good today but the chicken was not that tasty . The service is good and the restaurant well kept and clean .
Love this place from the Minestrone soup which is loaded with fresh vegetables and absolutely Delicious to the Linguine and clams that are baked in the Coal-fired oven Fabulous...now you want pizza order a slice up to four toppings included it's a half a pie and they are not skimpy on the toppings the picture I'm posting is the last quarter of the so called slice ,coal- fired with a nice crusty crust....Great Food Great prices. Love this place.
We just had our daughters birthday with 15 guests and had an amazing time. Staff was extremely helpful, prompt, and courteous. Food was delicious. We had a blast and strongly recommend this restaurant. Great for a casual date night or group party.
Place is beautiful and service is always fast and amazing!!! Our Waiter Alex is always the same and he always takes care of us. Food is always perfect and never overcrowded when we go. Perfect for a dinner date 😍
