Let me start by saying I don't leave reviews, whether good or bad. But this needed to be said. Similar to previous reviews, It seems that this location has just been abandoned by corporate altogether. INSANE! The amount of time, me and 4 other guests were just waiting at the service bar. I wish I was exaggerating when I say 45 minutes, maybe longer. The guy behind me in line stated how Chipotle was his first job, and what we were all witnessing was unacceptable and absurd! 5 or 6 bowls were half put together waiting on the counter to be finished while the manager finally walks in sees them, looks at everyone in line, and decides instead to fix up a bowl, not for himself, but for his significant other sitting in the dining room!! He walked up and gave her the bowl free of charge. All of us in line looked as shocked as you can imagine! (Pictures are attached to show you how everyone working just abandoned the counter and were doing who-knows-what in the back). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I love Chipotle, I have eaten at Chipotle thousands of times like all of us, but the administration is terrible, the attitude of the employees is terrible, bad service, extremely slow, the place is dirty and with flies, the employees without masks talking over the food ... in this country we don't have hygiene standards? We are not asking for anything for free, we are paying and we deserve a minimally friendly service that respects basic hygiene standards.

Really similar to other reviews here, staff has a care-free attitude. 0 sense of urgency making food, if you order online expect it to be ready 20 minutes after the time and most likely incorrect. If you’re getting in line get ready for 30-45 minutes of standing and just watching minimal effort get put into making it go any faster, kitchen jobs aren’t for everyone and honestly no one at this chipotle should be working in this industry. Have some respect and work ethic.

Extremely understaffed. Long lines. Online order not ready. Took extra 13 min than pick up time. Food was half cold. Gave me steak instead of chicken. And I didn’t receive my extra portion of protein. Just bad all around.

Beware this chipotle takes 45 min just to put the food on the bowl. The workers are horribly slow and go to lunch or are simply not there for rush hour which is insane. You could be standing there in like for 45 min easily and the line not moving.

My daughter placed an online order for 3 meals at 7p to be ready by 8:50p. When she got there at 8:50, the meal was not ready. She asked if there was an order for her, they said they would check, they never did. It took a nice lady who noticed she had been waiting for over an hour for her meal and spoke up for her. That is when they began to prepare her meals for her. Her reward for waiting over an hour was a drink. My daughter is young and inexperienced as to what to do or say with bad customer service and behavior.

I NEVER leave bad reviews but I truly had such a horrible experience at this location. We waited about 45 minutes in line and there was only one worker who was really doing his job while the others on the line were extremely slow and even pulled their phone out and was showing their other coworkers something on there phone while there was a line out the door. They took such a long time putting the toppings on our bowls that our bowls were cold by the time we got home. Mind you, we live close to this chipotle. Don’t waste your time or money here at this location.
