La Cocina Puertorriquena - Pembroke Pines - Photo album

Place: lacks decor. This could have been any restaurant. Food: I had the cuajitos, rice and beans. My daughter had the chicken soup. We also had alcapurrias and zorullos de maiz. The only thing that did not work for me was the zorullos. Service: excellent Overall not a bad experience but I did not
Very good!!! I love their mofongo, very good service and reasonable prices. I will keep on coming back for more.
This was very cozy and family friendly place. The owner Tony and staff were super sweet. Clean and spacious. The food was fresh, tasty and just the way I liked. I can't wait to go to the karaoke on Fridays.
My husband & I found La Cocina thru a web search and we are so happy we went. The food was delicious, and I'm going to enjoy my leftovers. The servers were nice and helpful. We will definitely go back, and highly recommend.
Enjoyed the food it's delicious, customer service a plus. Music is really good, to hear salsa, batacha n merengue is so unheard of in now days. Fantastic ambiance. Go and have a good time dancing n listening to real music!!!!
Food was great, will go back.
If you are looking for a taste of puertorican cuisine, this is a very affordable restaurant and as close as you'll get to a local Rican place in south Florida. Some of their dishes are better than others but none are bad. They go from good, to really good, to great. This is a family owned business a
I love the food! I take the whole family and the atmosphere is great. The owner is very friendly and takes care of the customers needs to the utmost. When friends ask me where to eat I recommend this place. Pricing is perfect for the budget
This is my first time at the restaurant, I was meeting some friends there for dinner. I found the restaurant atmosphere to be very friendly. The food was well prepared very authentic, very well-made and very tasty. My server was courteous, knowledgeable and very attentive without being pushy.
I don't know what hours of operation they have. I asked if they had Mofongo relleno de Churrasco. They didn't have it on the menu, but they made it anyways. The food was good, though it need a little more flavor. I rate it above average.
My first time there today 12/18/19 and the people were very nice. I ordered Monfongo and Pork chops. The food was very good and tasty. I would definitely go back
