Today my family and I dined here (which was deliciously perfect), but then had to return about an hour later when I realized I was missing my ring and must have tossed it in the trash. When I returned, I asked one of the girls working (Crystal) if she could take the trash bag out for me so I could look through it. Instead, she and Bri went above and beyond. They took the trash bag out and then put on gloves too, and the three of us went through the full bag together! After searching through the whole thing, we found my ring at the very bottom. Decided to come here for the first time after passing by it a few times. I didn't know what to order and the cashier Armani suggested possibly the best burger I have ever eaten. The food came quickly and the manager Clovis delivered my food with a friendly smile. The staff was polite and efficient and I am definitely coming back soon
The ambiance and service here is amazing. I love how they treat their guests with integrity. Toyin was very helpful in explaining the menu to me. Will definitely come back.

My family and I frequent the Burgerfi franchises, and have gone to them in different cities. We were joking that we don't go anywhere unless they have a Burgerfi.
Our experience visiting the Burgerfi in Pembroke Pines was no exception. The customer service from Deana and Gianni was fantastic. I could tell the establishment was being managed very well by Clovis.
Highly recommend it to everyone visiting Pembroke Pines.

Love love love!!! Only thing I would work on is the drink options. Everytime I have gone there has been no lemonade or regular coke.

From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed by Tiffani. She helped me decide what to order and was VERY helpful. She not only brought out our food she then came back later to see if we needed anything else. Jasmine walked by us and was very friendly and kind. Our food was made perfectly and everything was great. I got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and my wife got the chili hotdog & onions rings. Better than most places with comparable items. The restroom was clean and we had a great experience. Kudos, to Tiffani & Jasmine. Other places need more employees like them.
Fay was so kind during my order and even if it’s friendly with my kids, gave them extra sprinkles on their milkshakes!
If u are trying to go vegan or trying vegan food I highly suggest to try the Quinoa Veggie Burger it was so delicious and of course healthy.
It was my first time trying it and fell in love with the flavors it has in it. I HAVE finally GOT the chance to eat my favorite food that is burgers without having to consume animal meat ! Thank you Burgerfi for the Vegefi burger :)
High quality burgers! Plenty of options for vegans, meat lovers and between! The onion rings are sooo yummy! This is the most eco-friendly restaurant chain you can find today. Chairs and tables made from recycled materials, they limit the use of plastic and waste and they try to be very sustainable in their operations. I just love it everything about Burger fi. Food and service is excellent!
What a great burger. I was treated to some samples and they were yummy. Can’t wait until they open their new place in Pines. Loved that they have a veggie burger too. Delicious! Onion rings were yummy too!

I like the double waygu bacon burger or CEO at Burgerfi. I purchased the fried egg and instead of a bun, I purchased the lettuce wrap. The onion rings are enormous. But without the bun, the carbs are reduced. The meat/protein is fairly high and the carbs are fairly complex, so I like this formulation. Overall this meal is good and BurgerFi has lots of other options. I do recommend
My wife and I had the best experience at this BurgerFi location today! Our cashier was excellent. We could have not asked for a more pleasant lunch. The food was perfect and the fries were piled high today 😋
Oh my goodness! I was in the area visiting a friend and stopped by for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with fries and I can honestly say it was made to perfection. Everyone gave me nothing but great customer service from the moment I ordered to the moment I received my meal. The manager Miss Virginia helped me made the decision since it was my first time trying this place and I’ll definitely come back!!!
I would like to give the Manger Fay All OF HER FLOWERS, every time I visit she gives me phenomenal customer service. On my recent visit I placed an order with her and as I waited for my order this lady who was very impatient was very rude to her , she even snatched her food off the container and ripped her own bag. I was embarrassed for her. Fay’s demeanor was completely positive, and she held the situation very well. Fay is superwoman Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and works extremely hard. I really hope this review goes a long way because she really needs to get all the credit she deserves. The way she does to go above and beyond is amazing. Literally you just have to see her in action!

I LOVE BurgerFi, I come here almost every week and I can't get enough, best burgers I have tasted in a while. The staff are super nice (Especially Marcus and Kersha) and I love the feel of the environment. If you haven't tried BurgerFi you're missing out!
Glad I stopped by had a great experience. Ordered a Breakfast All Day and it was so delicious. Service was very fast and everyone seems happy.
