Although the actually physical interior is a little shabby and eclectic Caribbean decor, the food here is the reason to celebrate with 5 stars. Service can be slow but the primarily Haitian cuisine is some of the best in South Florida. Tender lambi/conch in creole sauce, griyot fried pork and all side dishes including one of the best side salad kasa Champet with shrimp and Parmasean. Outstanding. Their great food is complimented by a full Bar and reasonably priced wine list. Americans don't be afraid of the initial unfamiliarity of the place. The staff speaks English and the food speaks volume about fresh and delicious Carribean cuisine.

Usually I don’t recommend my coworkers to Haitian business because of bad customer service, but this week I had suggested my coworkers to try a different cuisine and I had picked Kasa Champet, they did a great job, food was delicious, great customer service ; my manager told me wow I cannot wait to take my husband there the food is yummy. Overall great experience, I’m glad I picked you guys as the restaurant to represent our cuisine.

Best Haitian cuisine in Miami. Taste is exceptional and they don’t load you up on rice and skimp on the meat like all the OTHER Caribbean and Lain restaurants. Seriously... go only here.

I had the Drumstick and Thigh. The cook on it was really unique and delicious. The house brown sauce is extraordinary. The owner visited me at my table twice. Very hospitable. Fun atmosphere. DJ was great. I’ll be back when I’m on that side of Broward again.

Drove directly from Orlando and this was our first stop. They did not disappoint, were greeted at the door and seated promptly. We got a Spanish speaking server that was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾

Was in town for a Wedding cake delivery near by. We stopped for a bite before tackling the 4 hour drive home. This place was such a beautiful atmosphere that we didn’t want to leave lol. Loved the live band and food was amazing!!

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Great food and atmosphere. This is by far the best Haitian food spot around. I uncovered this hidden gem after 18 years, searching to finally find a spot that I can brag about..the staff is friendly, and oh my gosh, they give so much food. It's totally worth the price. Live band on weekends can also dine in. Can't say enough about this place.

I love eating here and have been coming here since 2018 I’ll say for a birthday party for a friend that passed in the past. I love the feeling of being at home when I come here & the memories had in this location. Even when I just call for the lovely lunch specials I’m always greeted with great joy from Juliana every single time over the phone & when I arrive to pick up the food. She’s also a great server whenever I dine inside from time to time. I recommend all the food but always remember it’s a large portion so it’s worth the money & highly recommend their passion fruit juice & mac & cheese if it’s available.

I spoke with Mme Brutus a day before an event and she was able to accommodate! We ordered Rice with red kidney beans, fried goat and chicken for 20 people. Everything was delicious! Perfect amount of salt, spice and oil! Mme Brutus was very kind and answered promptly! Most importantly, the food was ready for pick up on time! Thank you for a great service! Definitely recommended!

Food is good! Ambiance ok. Service needs to be a little bit more speedy. The Acra’s are the best I have had anywhere. Griot is soft and tasty. Love the rice and beans.

Kasa Champet Restaurant: Where Haitian Cuisine Meets Grandma's Magic If you're in search of the ultimate Haitian dining experience, look no further than Kasa Champet Restaurant. Allow me to dish out the reasons why it's not just good; it's downright brilliant. First and foremost, the food. One bite, and you'll be transported to the fondest of childhood memories, reminiscent of grandma's kitchen. Now, let's face it, no one can top grandma's cooking - it's a culinary fact. But here at Kasa Champet, they've managed the miraculous feat of coming awfully close. From the succulent griot to the mouthwatering tasso, each dish is a love letter to traditional Haitian flavors. It's like a gustatory time machine, minus the DeLorean. Now, let's talk ambiance. Kasa Champet doesn't just offer a place to eat; it provides an elevated dining experience. The atmosphere is, without a doubt, of high caliber. The charming decor, the subtle sounds of Haitian music in the background, and the warm, welcoming staff all come together to create an environment that makes you feel like you've stepped into a cozy corner of Haiti. And speaking of the staff, they deserve a standing ovation. They not only serve your food but also share the stories and history behind each dish, adding an educational and cultural dimension to your meal. It's like getting a history lesson with your meal, and who doesn't love a side of knowledge with their cuisine? In summary, Kasa Champet Restaurant is not just a Haitian restaurant; it's a portal to cherished memories and a showcase of Haitian culinary artistry. From the delectable dishes that pay homage to grandma's kitchen to the high-caliber ambiance that envelops you, this place is a winner. So, if you're ready to embark on a culinary journey that's equal parts nostalgia and excellence, Kasa Champet is your ticket.

The service was great. Got seated right away and ordered our drinks. Everything we ordered was so good! I highly recommend the Lambi - it was cooked so nicely and wasn't too chewy. We ate the food before I'd could get a photo of it. So I only have a photo of our Fruit Punch.
