This is the second time I've been to Monte Alban. This time, it was just a different location. The food was so delicious! The staff was lovely. I was so focused on devouring my food that I only got a picture of my drink. I got a virgin daiquiri, shrimp quesadilla, and a bean tostada. I will be ordering this again for sure. The shrimp was juicy, and the cheese from the quesadilla had a wonderful cheese pull. The refried beans are phenomenal!!! Im very picky about them, and they make it exactly how im used to it. It made me do my happy food dance.
This place had top tier service. Our waitress was the best I have ever had. Being seated, ordering food and drinks and receiving our meal was extremely fast and with lots of care. I ordered the street tacos and was extremely pleased. I would go again.
We were a large group of varied ages. We were seated in a corner round table. We were crammed a little but decided to stay together then splitting our group and occupying the additional cubicle on offer. A slight annoyance which was massively mitigated by the quality of food. We loved the cocktails, the unlimited nachos and swift food delivery. Fort was tasty and portion sizes were more than adequate. We were all pretty happy. The restaurant is huge with some outdoor seating. Parking up front was easy.
We started going here instead of the Webster location because the service and food is better. We love the chicken and shrimp fajitas and the chori pollo - if you’re ever unsure of what to get, anything on the menu really is a great option! Have yet to be disappointed, and love this locations service and quality of dishes.
Came here for my Mom’s birthday with a party of 14 people. Excellent service (Noah was our server), excellent food, great experience!! Highly recommend.

This is good food for a Mexican chain restaurant. Nothing to write home about but, if you're craving some south of the border meals, they have you covered. Good margaritas and, if they're not super busy, good service.
It's close to where we live, so it's our go to spot for local Mexican.
I think this is the largest Mexican restaurant in Rochester. I later came to know they have branches. I will try all those. Despite of large place it felt crowded, then I thought it must be great place and I was not wrong.
I ordered Enchiladas De Mole. Beans was served in that edible tortilla cup. Tastes great. Prices are decent. Hope the service was little bit faster.
This Mexican restaurant is in a prime location at the corner of 441 and 250 in Penfield. The food and the people are very kind, very nice and I enjoy coming here.
Unfortunately, they do not offer free Wi-Fi at this location while (Monte-Guest) is broadcasted. So, I am unable to do my "after work" here. With that, I will be seeking another location to relax and finish work with a drink.
Monte Alban was an excellent choice. The food is fresh, well crafted, and plentiful. The staff is beyond friendly, and accommodating. Parking is never an issue as it's in a strip mall. We went with a (well-behaved) three year old and our waitress couldn't have been any kinder towards him.
Could not have been any better!! Chips & salsa came out fast and hot, drinks were delivered quickly, and our food was ready in no time! Everything tasted super fresh and delicious, and our server was fantastic! She even boxed up our leftovers and wrote on the containers - Wow!
Jesus was our server and as always he was efficient and attentive. The foods not fancy, just a really good meal delivered a a very fair price. Highly recommend.
One of our favorite places to go for dinner as family for dinner especially with two picky eaters! The food is always good and if you’re lucky enough to have Yaris as your server, your experience will be amazing!
Taco Tuesdays are great, 5 tacos for $5. All have to be the same, hard/soft shell, ground beef or ground chicken. Warm chips and fresh salsa for the table. Waiter was very good. The food came out fast.

We where pleasantly surprised with this Monte Alban's in Penfield. Their service and food is exceptional compared to the the bad experience at the Monte Alban's in Webster that we had last month. We will definitely be going back to this Penfield restaurant location. Just stupendous!
