Even though it was unexpectedly busy for a Sunday the team at Texas Roadhouse nailed it! Charence was our server and we’re one of three tables seated in his section within minutes of each other (triple sat!). He was personable and professional and I recommend him and Texas Roadhouse highly!
Although it was busy, we were seated in a reasonable time. Our server was fantastic! The food was very good, as always! We always know we will have excellent food and service at a Texas Roadhouse!
My husband took me and my sister there for our birthdays. It was amazing the server was extremely friendly and awesome. The management was great too. The food was 💯 for all of us cooked to pure perfection 😊

Texas Roadhouse in Pensacola is awesome! I rarely ever have a problem but when I do they cheerfully fix the problem asap. The servers are always on their toes, friendly, and knowledgeable. It's our number one place to go!!! The food is so delicious, the atmosphere is always upbeat and friendly. Love it!

Best steak restaurant to eat at. We eat here about one every couple of weeks and we just keep coming back. The steak is delicious and there endless bread is yummy. Not to mention the service is amazing.

Came here on a Monday evening, was surprisingly busy...had to wait about 20/30mins for a table of 2 but it was worth it!
Love the fresh bread they give you to start with and we were quickly offered more when we had finished.
Steak was cooked exactly as requested. Would come here again, good service, good food.

Not one of the better Texas Roadhouse locations which is disappointing as I just moved here and we eat the heck out of this chain normally. The wait can’t be considered in the review because we’ve waited in past. There was 5 young ladies working the hostess stand and nobody seemed to know what was happening. Although busy we waited a while at the table to even order, longer than we should have. The wait to get the food was unreasonable, very long time to get the food. Normally chili would be served prior to the meal but not here. Also for the first time ever after at least 150 dine ins with the chain, I got a bunch of chopped up onion and cheese in my chili. I’ve been asked about cheese before but wasn’t this time and I don’t like onions like that. The meal when it came was not piping hot as usual, which was unfortunate. From my table I could see food sitting under the heat lamp for excessive periods before being served. I’ll go back for another shot but a horrible first impression for my favorite steak place.
Birthday dinner here was great! Our waiter was so nice. I think his name was James. He checked on us frequently and made sure we liked our food. Very nice! The food was great!
A great steakhouse. Had the rib-eye that was cooked to perfection. Taste and presentation was outstanding. Sides were salad and loaded mashed potatoes. They were excellent as well. Service was top notch. Never had to wait for refills. Food was prepared quickly as well. In and out in around an hour despite the Sunday afternoon rush. Highly recommend!
Servers can make or break the overall dining experience, and this night, Leanna was on point. Thank you, TR, for having the foresight to hire such an attentive server. I travel a lot and always try to find a nearby Texas Roadhouse to have my goto Bone-in Ribeye Medium Pittsburgh Style steak. The last establishment I went to the server told me the kitchen was unable to prepare the steak Pittsburgh Style, so I had to call the bluff, and sure enough, they could. Leanne did not hesitate and returned with my order cooked to perfection. Thank you, Chef!! I'm not a fan of the sides, so the sweet potato is the only thing I'll order, but this time, I tried the chili for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. However, please add onion rings. Pretry, please! 😉
I showed up at 3:15 not knowing that they opened at 3:30. The young gentleman who was at the door was a riot, he had the perfect personality to greet us hungry folks. I saw that they had a special for us early birds, so I took advantage and ordered the pork chop meal. I decided on a sweet potato and mixed veggies to go along with it. While I waited I enjoyed a glass of Chardonnay while I people watched.
Now, sometimes it's sketchy ordering a pork chop from a place known for steaks, but my pork chop was AMAZING! Texas Roadhouse not only does steaks well but they also cook a helluva pork chop! Service was excellent as well, just a great experience. And I loved how the manager went around to every table to greet us. Awesome experience.

Steak was amazing, overall the experience with food, prices, & service will be bringing us back there again! Loved that they had plenty of outdoor seating while waiting for a table, but with my allergies, I had to move to a standing area due to someone smoking. We will be returning again!
There is a lot to choose from the menu! But we decided to go with road kill and a 6 oz sirloin steak 🥩! They were perfect!!!

Good food! Exactly what you would expect for this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and waiting time was not too long. The cactus blossom (see photos) is a must-try!
The food was excellent! A couple of drawbacks were waiting about an hour for the main meal after ordering it. The other thing is that the noise level was extreme. I recommend it with these caveats.
The fried chicken on my salad was cold and my husband's recieved 8 fries w/his burger. Overall you know what you're getting with Texas Roadhouse... the rolls/bread are amazing, the onion blossom is on point & steaks are great. Everything else is hit or miss. This location is always super busy w/ long waits during peak hours.
8-27-2022: my wife chose TRH tonight for her late birthday dinner. Our first time at this location. Walked in about 4-minute wait. Seated and server soon arrived took our orders. Food arrive and everything was good. No surprises (a good thing nowadays). Great food and great prices.
I interacted with several staff members and they all went out of their way to serve and help and make everything perfect. Very professional but very kind. Ask for Robert. He was wonderful. Had a sirloin steak dinner with huge free appetizer for joining VIP Club. Had to take doggy bags. No kidding, it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!!! Perfectly cooked, piping hot! The rolls were delectable with honey butter and melted in your mouth! Perfect meal, fun and pretty atmosphere, great ambience, nice music! Highest rating!!
We had a great experience here. I called in about 20 minutes prior our arrival and made a reservation. We had 6 people in our party (3 adults and 3 children). As we arrived our table was ready for us and they had a booster seat already in place per our request. The staff members greeted nicely. Our orders were brought to us promptly and were prepared exactly how we asked them to. Our waitress was quite attentive and constantly checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Inside environment was nicely organized. They had glass dividers between booths to make sure all COVID-19 mandates were in place and tables were sanitized too. Food was delicious. Prices were very reasonable and portions were decent as well. All in all our experience was great! We’ll definitely be coming back here again.
