Worth the wait! Went Sunday morning and the place was packed but the host said he could get us in quicker that the line looked… and did! My son ate two breakfasts, he is Stationed at NAS, Marines can eat! Love the history, like walking back in time! Good food, the French Toasts was the better than my mom’s! Look forward to returning in the off-season where I can absorbe the history and sit at the 1945 breakfast counter…

I've enjoyed this historic Cafe style restaurant for nearly 30 years now. Stopped in this morning and the service and food was really excellent as always. Highly recommend!

It's some down home cooking at The Coffee Cup. It's been here forever and it's just a great family owned restaurant. Best omelette I've ever eaten. Friendly, fun, good food!

I’m so impressed with this restaurant. I ate here as a child and I came back to town to visit my parents and ate lunch here. It was amazing!!!

Best burger and onion rings you can ask for. The onion rings is a huge platter and more than 2 people can eat. They serve breakfast, sandwiches and country style home cooked meals. It is all delicious dinner style foods. Breakfast and lunch time only.

The oldest continuously operating restaurant in pensacola. We were welcomed immediately and told the wait was short. Instead we sat at the bar and was greeted by everyone working at the grill. Got the classic breakfast with the hamburger steak. The biscuit was super soft and already buttered. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and made you feel at home. This is such a great place and a staple of Pensacola. Highly recommend

This place is surprisingly good! We sat at the bar and were amazed as the cook knocked out order after order with ease. The food is simple but it was made delicious.

The food was delicious and of course so was the coffee! A classic example of the American diner. We’ll certainly be back soon!

This is one of the oldest restaurants in Pensacola and has been in the same location since 1945! You can feel the history when you walk inside, from the counter seating to the group of older gentlemen holding court at a table in the corner. Usually it's quite crowded but I was lucky to walk in and grab a booth right away. I decided on an egg white omelet (not on the menu, I asked for it) I added bell pepper, onion, jalapenos, tomatoes and ham. I also ordered hashbrowns and wheat toast. The omelet was not the prettiest I've ever seen but it was delicious, I really appreciated the ham being diced, it was distributed throughout the omelet. The hashbrowns were also delicious, crispy outside and soft inside. I had to wait a while for my toast but that's the only complaint I have. All in all I had a nice breakfast and I certainly appreciated the history of the restaurant.

This was a pleasant surprise. I must have passed by this place thousands of times and i never really noticed it, outside the chimney that’s visible from I-10! My friend invited me to brunch at this charming, “vintage” brunch spot. I had the deep fried French toast with a side of bacon.

One of the best places for a great breakfast or brunch in Pensacola. Coffee Cup has been here since 1945 and if you try it you'll know why it's still around! My parents were visiting from out of town and wanted to have breakfast so I decided on Coffee Cup. As usual it was very busy upon arrival. After checking in with the host we noticed an outside table that was vacant and we opted for that as opposed to waiting to dine inside. The outside seating was perfect for the 3 of us. We each chose different things for breakfast and everything was perfect- the creamy grits, the fluffy biscuits, the crispy bacon, the fluffy (huge!) build your own omelet, and the very attentive service. The owner was super friendly as well! It made the perfect start to a great day. I highly recommend going even if there's a wait- it's a quick turnaround and very well worth it.

This was delicious breakfast food. The pancakes were big and fluffy and the best we've had in a long time! Since this is an iconic cafe and has been here for 75 years, we decided to buy a commemorative coffee cup. They sell various versions there. All the waitresses were very sweet, which made our meal even more enjoyable.

Deeply local, no frills coffee shop with two grills to keep up with demand when it's busy there. Great service, good coffee and hearty, tasty, robust meals are served here. Everything that's right with an old school coffee shop is in this place. Chef Mr Michael was cooking when we rolled in on his birthday and we were delighted to lead the dining room in a rousing "Happy Birthday" serenade. Everything we ate & drank was top notch and we're only sorry we can't return daily because we were visiting the area to help a relative move. Home town heaven on a plate at The Coffee Shop ☕️ 😋

Walked over the The Coffee Cup at the recommendation of a local when looking for quick & simple breakfast. We were immediately greeted by the hostess with a friendly "make yourself at home" & was seated promptly. Server was sweet & attentive. Ordered the BYO omelets which were so good & fluffy... hash browns were crispy, & this was the best (3) cups of coffee I've had in a while. ☕️☕️☕️ Easy 5 stars for great food, service, & vintage vibes.

We arrived at about 9 a.m. and they were very busy. We found a table right away and the staff greeted us promptly. I ordered the eggs benedict with ham and hash browns. The hash browns were wonderful finely shredded and crispy. The eggs were done perfectly. It was great!
