After relocating from Hawaii this was the first restaurant we've eaten at. Used the Cracker Barrel app to make our reservations. We arrived and promptly seated at our table.

We ordered takeout for Thanksgiving and it was so well organized. Multiple touches by employees to ensure we drove to the right spot, our food took less than 5 min to come out, and it was piping hot ready to take home. Really seamless experience and I’ll do it again next year.
I did a Thanksgiving "Heat and Serve" pickup and they were phenomenal! They had it set up for people to drive in ONE WAY to follow one direction to park to go in and one way to pick up your food. Amazing customer service and just made it really stress free.

This location is pretty good. Staff was very nice, our server was on point. Order did not take too long. Food was very good. I love how the place looks inside, decorations are great. Restaurant also looks very clean. Not a high end restaurant but definitely deserves the 5 stars.
Hailey was a great waiter who served us on the front patio. She was even pleasant when my guest was rude. I made the mistake and asked for another French toast cappuccino instead of regular coffee, so I was charged twice. The food was delicious as always. I had the Benny with bacon, medium egg, and
I had the eggs benedict on a biscuit and I really enjoyed it. Peach tea was delicious 😋 unfortunately we were outside and the speaker was right above our table and it was extremely loud. Always a good experience. Oh! I really like the new plates!
The food at the Pensacola location was delicious. The cinnamon roll pie was super sweet, but still great. It came along with the cinnamon roll breakfast which included 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, apples or hash brown casserole. I got bacon and hash brown casserole. It was DELICIOUS. Service was excell
We were away for the Memorial Day weekend and stopped in for a bite to eat. The waitress was super nice, service was quick and the food was delicious. I got the chicken pot pie and my wife got the fish. Well worth the stop!
Always a great stop. Food is always on point. Service from entry to table delivery was not on par. Multiple missing sides from our entrees and no offer for refills of water, soft drinks or coffee. This might have just been this day, but I suggest a stop here if you are on I-10 or a local.
My mom planned our vacay route stops around Cracker Barrel locations when I was child. Long before we had our very own here in Pensacola. I've never been disappointed. I was also a server at the Pensacola location and Madison Wisconsin location. Both were amazing to the employees.
Expect a wait, but usually, once your order is taken the food comes pretty fast with friendly service. These restaurants are busy. However, the restrooms are clean, the store is a great place to shop for lots and lots of unique, quality items. Cracker Barrel is always consistent. Great comfort f
