Hadn't been here in years, took my 4 yr old grandson, we split a salad, asked for another plate, waitress never brought one. I'd forgotten about the warm bread and dipping oil! So good, my grandson was killing it! We took plenty home.

Visiting from Arkansas and stopped in at 1:46pm on 7/8/2023. The server was PHENOMENAL (ticket says Brandon but he told us his name was Jackie?), the food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

It was a lovely night out to eat here! Our waitress, Aurora, was so patient and understanding with all of our requests, for we did come by later into the evening and had a large party to serve. One of the notable things she did was suggest another dish to be replaced, as we took the last lasagna for the night, and we were supposed to have two, and she suggested an excellent dish for my older brother - and he's typically a picky eater! It was also my mother's birthday, so the free cake she got was delicious. Aurora was also very sweet to talk to after paying the bill. Whenever we come back here to dine in, we hope to request for Aurora again!

We celebrated a Fam's 50th bday there today. We had 10 guest and didn't have to wait long to be seated. Even tho our waitress had other tables, she was very attentive to us. We even shared the cake with her...

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of our Waitress, SOPHIA, she was fantastic. Very friendly, personable, and helpful. As for the food... I've never seen an Italian resturant use so LITTLE cheese and so many kind of peppers (banana, red and black pepper, to name a few). The warm bread and seasoned oil was good. The sausage stuffed peppers were just super bold sausage in mushroom caps. Not worth it. I couldnt try the salad cause I didn't know it had banana peppers and olives (which I dont eat) in it. I got the Chicken Marsala and sautéed brocolli. The chicken marsala was cooked with SO much black pepper my mouth was burning but it was cooked well and the brocolli was just mush with red peppers. Sophia was great, as I said before, and had my meal comped without me asking. Everyone's taste is different so I won't say the food is bad but definitely not to my liking. I won't be back 😥

I have lived in Pensacola over 9 years, why have I never visited Carrabba's before? I got a gift card for my birthday and I'm soo glad I did! First, I have to talk about the service. From the time I walked in the door it was spot on! Everything was explained perfectly about the menu, I decided to start with the blood orange margarita 🍹 It was beautiful and delicious. After that the delicious bread came out. The olive oil dipping sauce was sooooo good that I brought the rest home plus they gave me extra! My pork chops with the spicy butter and sautéed broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes was cooked perfectly! I also had a very delicious house salad with housemade dressing. For me the salad was just a tad overdressed but the crispness of the vegetables kept it from being soggy. All in all I was extremely pleased with everything and I can't wait to return! If you have never been all I can say is goooooo!

For a chain, it is better than expected. Salad was fresh.. scallops were grilled correctly... soup is good. .. I haven't eaten here in over a decade. I was pleasantly surprised. Because of high traffic, location is a bit tired

Always good food, especially for the price. The drinks have been both strong and delicious every time I've been, and the service has been great considering how busy it always is. Gets a little loud at times when super crowded, but still not bad.

Carrabba's is a good place to get consistent Italian food. Servers are well trained and hospitable, they are busy on weekend evenings and normally have a waitlist.

Pleasantly surprised on service. Ask for Jacky! He was a great server! The trio’s are good for the price.

The food was absolutely outstanding. As to the atmosphere, well dinner is always great with friends! They did seem to be a bit short staffed, especilly at the bar. During part of our visit there were several customers waiting for the bar tender to return to the bar just to order a glass of wine (which is a must with Italian food).
