I love chick fil a they used to have the fastest drive thru around. Not anymore.... I am disappointed this has happened. I hope they figure out how to fix it. It's fast just not like before
If you are traveling on Hwy I-10….this location is on exit 5 on Bayou Blvd approximately 1 1/3 from the Highway. It is located in a corner near couple stores. You can expect a little traffic, but we all know how good Chick-Fil-A is; they do have good parking space. The restaurant was clean as well the bathroom. They do have a playground for children which is A- plus…I had visited many Chick Fil-A restaurants where they had removed the play ground. Our breakfast was fresh and hot. As always they provided an excellent customer service..courteous, attentive, caring and respectful to the customers. This location have a beautiful decor! The management and employees are doing a great JOB!
Had to come here and post a picture of my medium fries that I just received with the meal I drove 10 miles for. Super disappointing. It’s almost like it was done as a joke. 3 fries. 1,
2, 3. Three fries and some crumbs. I’ve rechecked the bag 10 times.
Place was super busy and we had a big order. They kept the line moving and our food was perfection!
Of course, the food is awesome. Spicy chicken deluxe is my drug of choice. The service was OK, and that is very unusual as typically they are top notch. They seem more interested in letting an employee order their meal vs. helping us, but I understand. It did look like the dining room needed a good cleaning, but we cleaned our own table with no issue. It was lunchtime so it was very busy. I still will go back there anytime I need my fix
The only weird thing was checking in with the app in the drive thru. It wasn't really clear on where to park for your order and I felt like I was in the way. Other than that, always great food and service.
This was one of the best chick-fil-a’s I have been to! The staff were great, very courteous & all seemed to enjoy being there. It made my experience that much better. Thank you!

This follows the CFA Brand. From welcoming you vs walking up w/a smile waiting for ur order. Pretend I'm new everytime. That's what I'm used to since 1980's
The one on 9 mile gets my complaints every time (good face time, but food mistakes are numerous & apologies nicely say "..it's your fault hv a nice day").
I mean, what do you say about the #3 most popular fast food chain that has excellent quality food and super efficient and friendly service? I wouldn't have their app on my low capacity phone if they weren't awesome.
The only issue I had was the mobile thru scan code was only located at the first two drive thru lanes. Those of us on the outtermost lane didn't get to scan a code so we had to wait a bit after telling someone about our order. Not a huge deal but it'd be nice if that putter lane had a code on a pole at some point. And it's way too low to the ground to scan it seems. 🤷🏼♀️ Not a reflection on the staff or quality of food. Just a suggestion 👍
Love the food. Ordered via app while in parking lot and food was ready with 5 mins! Amazing at this one as other places have taken way longer. The Mac n cheese is great and so is the new peach shake.
Their food is always perfect. The quality of food at this location is top notch like Chick-Fil-A used to be 30 years ago.

This place is good. But just like another restaurant, just check your order before you leave. They forgot the bacon on my birthday sandwich, and when I went back, I was told the points would go to my profile and never did.
But you still can not go wrong with Chic fil a, as far as having a good sandwich or salad.
Me and my friend were eating here when a strange man came up to us and asked us if we were 18, we told him no and he confirmed saying "so you're underage?" and walked away. After he got his food he sat near us and kept looking our way and we got nervous and left to sit at the starbucks next door. After a few minutes we noticed him walking outside on a sidewalk and when he noticed us he walked into the starbucks parking lot and stared for awhile so we ran back to this chick fil a and told the staff what was happening and they helped us so much they gave us good food and ensured we were safe and walked us to our car which i'll forever be thankful for. Thank you Chick Fil A for potentially saving two girls from being trafficked.
The absolutely best ran fast food place in the city. Even better than all the other CFAs. Staff is always polite and swift. The drive thru is crazy fast. Job well done!
