Awesome home cooked meal. Fried pork chop with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy and corn bread. It was fantastic. Both waitresses were so nice and constantly checking on me. The Diner was recommended and so glad I took the recommendation.
My daughter and I stopped on the way home from our visit to Texas. We both ordered the vegetable plate. The vegetables were cooked just right and everything tasted great. This is a very cute and nostalgic little 50s style diner.
OMG, it tastes like my mama's cooking. Laurie was my waitress. She is wonderful. I had the sunday special: beef tips, rice, gravy, cabbage, cream corn, corn bread and AMAZING peach cobbler. Every time I come back to Pensacola, I will eat at Wayne's.
This is a MUST visit . I had the catfish basket with three sides for 11.99 and it was a ton of great food for the money. My son had chicken and dumplings with two sides and he loved it. Came upon this restaurant on our way back from Pensacola Beach. Inside is new and clean with an old fashioned diner theme. Our waitress Emily was amazing, and we heeded her suggestion on what to order, fried chicken plate. Food was great, the people were great. Would love to visit again.
I had the liver and onions with brocolli and mashed potatoes it was excellent. I didnt like that they give you plastic silverware and expect you to cut things with it. Also none of the staff are wearing masks. Otherwise my food was excellent.
First time visitor and will be back for sure. I got a cup of coffee with the country fried steak meal. Comes with two sides, I picked mashed potatoes and onion rings. The patty was tasty with meat enough for the light coating on the outside. White gravy was nice and filling. The mashed potatoes
After driving all day, we walked through the front doors at 7:28p not noticing they closed at 7:30p. We turned around to leave and they insisted we stay for a meal. The service, food, and atmosphere are all GREAT! Glad they let us stay!
Friendly staff, home feeling, 50's theme, order a club and fries and it was absolutely delicious more than I could eat plan to go back with the family

Every other Wednesday I allow my kids to pick anywhere to eat under $50 which includes tip and they always want Wayne's Diner. We always leave satisfied like having a home cooked meal! The meatloaf is one of my favorites and the Fried chicken! My daughter loves the chicken tenders with Wayne's Dine

As a starter, we had fried green tomatoes and fried cheese sticks. They were both great. The tomatoes had a light and crispy coating and were delicious. We also had the country fried steak and it was hot and delicious. The only disappointment to our meal, and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5,
Cute place!! Home cooking! Everything is homemade including the desserts! I had breaded chicken livers which you cannot find at many places and they were very tender and yummy! They also have liver and onions which I will try next! They have a large menu of a variety of meals and large portions

Awesome! One of the best in Pcola...service was phenomenal, cups of sweet tea(10/10) never got even half empty,we ordered, got drinks 5 min later, and all four of us got our food at the same time, just 15 min later.
