DO NOT believe the online wait-list. Join the wait-list regardless of what it says. It said for a party of 2 we would be seated as soon as we got there. Once we got there we joined the true wait-list.
The food and service was fantastic otherwise. I'd recommend this place to anyone considering it. My steak was cooked to perfection and I could not get enough of the brussel sprouts!!! My goodness. A beautiful char with a subtle buttery honey sweet finish. Delicious. The shrimp appetizer was amazing as well. I forget the name of them but if you're not careful they will ruin your appetite for your dinner!!
First time here. Very short wait, had a choice of table or booth. Service was very quick,
Drinks were out fast , the bar took about normal time. Entrees arrived right on time. I feel the steaks are cooked correctly but many places overcook. I was very pleased with my medium rare, my guests thought it was under done. Keep that in mind. The dessert was huge and delicious easily enough for the whole table.
We have always had a great meal here. Recently we go for their lunch specials, and surprisingly the chicken sandwich is delicious. Can't beat the price either.
Everything from beginning to end was delicious. We has called ahead for a table and was nice to see they had lots of outdoor seating for those waiting. Unfortunately, I have bad sinus allergies and there was a cigarette smoker near me and I opted to move to a standing area. Otherwise, it's nice that they have benches available. Also, this is close enough to the mall parking so still have lots of options open for parking. It was a beautiful night, great service, & great food. We'll be going back again!
The food is really good. I visited this restaurant twice during my 2 days stay in Pensacola.
The food is always cooked to perfection! The service is always friendly. I highly recommend the chocolate Stampede for dessert!
Our waitress was wonderfully helpful and kind! My husband and brother in law both got their steaks very undercooked from what they had asked for. Our waitress willingly offered to take them back to the kitchen to be cooked more. The rest of the food was great
Had a wonderful lunch with family forgot to take pictures of the great looking steak's. We were enjoying the appetizers and on to the meal. Everyone enjoyed their food. Autumn was an awesome server. I would give her a 11 if I could she made our experience wonderful!

About a 20 minute wait on a Saturday, but worth it. Really good food....excellent Mac and cheese and the bread is always a bonus. Steaks cooked just right - took a while, but they brought soup out early and were up front about the time and cooking options. Very professional. Been here a few times and plan to go back.
Ordered salmon plate. Asked for the salmon to be fixed without the glaze sauce and they were able to accommodate our request. The salmon was cooked to perfection, moist and not over cooked. The waiter was very attentive to our needs and very friendly, probably the best service we have had in a long time. We highly recommend this place.
Longhorn Steakhouse is a cut above the rest.
Their steaks are the real McCoy!! Tender juicy just fine no rhine. Only restaurant in Pensacola where you get a real steak!! Excellent service and the food is A plus.
Phenomenal service and food! We had a gender reveal dinner for my daughter/son-in-law. Most everyone on staff was living in the moment with us. Such an awesome time! My husband and I eat here weekly. Hoping they bring one to the Beulah Nine Mile area (since the trees are already destroyed) 😥.

Autum was our waitress. We were worried because there was a large group next to us. Autum was phenomenal. Our food was yummy. Very happy with the service extended to us and our meals.
I like steak cooked Pittsburgh style MR. They do not cook their steaks Pittsburgh style so my steak was a 3. We had the spinach dip and it was very good. Strawberry shortcake was not a short cake. It was not special for $10. Our waitress was nice and efficient.
All i wanted was a steak salad and a margarita, and they did not disappoint. The 7 pepper steak salad was delicious and well seasoned, perfectly cooked. Medium well has become a challenge at steak houses for some reason. Longhorn nailed it
