Went here for my son-in-laws birthday. Had an awesome experience. The food was delicious. We had the spinach artichoke cheese dip on the first course. Had The Big Night Out for 2 entree and chose the cast iron grill cooking style. What a unique experience! There is a cook top in the center of each table. There is a total of 4 courses included; the second was your choice of salad. There are 5 choices of cooking styles for your main course. The waiter will explain all of it to you. Fourth course is your chocolate options for your dessert tray; we had the cookie butter crunch. Delicious! It's a lot of food even though it doesn't appear to be large portions. For $109 per couple plus tax and tip, I thought it was a great deal especially for the whole experience. Definitely recommend you go here and try this. Can't wait to go again. If you're not familiar with Pensacola, it's in an odd location but Google will get you there with no problem. Sorry I didn't think to take more pics, I was distracted but the food. 😁 Also, try the Mai Tai!
This is a must go destination. Reservations are recommended. The menu looks confusing at first, our server did an excellent job guiding us to a great experience. It's entertaining to cook food at the table. Cocktails were poured generously. We will be back .
Service was warm and welcoming. Every thing we ate was great. Atmosphere was a little bland and could probably use a few hoods in the dining areas to pull all the steam and smoke out. But otherwise all was good.
A special to celebrate with friends and family. Great food and service. I would come back.
This was the best birthday from when we came in to sitting at the bar. The drinks were amazing once we were set our server Lindsey was amazing she deserves a raise. She was amazing from everything that she did to make my birthday special me and my husband are definitely grateful. We will be back the next time we visit. Thanks to the manager I didn’t get her name. This was the best birthday ever thanks to the melting pot family thanks again.
The first time we came here we had a less than stellar experience 2/10. Our 2nd visit as “guests” of manager Elena & GM Sue went 100% better. We had an attentive server & better experience. The food was excellent & we were seated in a better section where other diners were so we got to experience everything the restaurant had to offer. Would highly recommend this place if you’re ever in town & want a good fondue place. 8/10
This place is great! The service was phenomenal! Our server pointed us in all the right directions! All of his recommendations were top knotch! The atmosphere is very comfortable and the experience was awesome! The food for 2 people was waaayy more than we expected. We were full by the time we ate our salads, lol so PACE YOURSELF! The food was absolutely delicious but there are 4 courses so save room for dessert! It is pricey but definitely worth it, like I said the portions are way more than enough!! I would
def recommend this place to anyone!

Service was outstanding, had rose pedals as requested for our anniversary and our waiter was top notch and deserves a raise! Food is always what you expect, amazing. The atmosphere was the only issue, which management handled our requests to fix the problem. Someone had a cell ringing non stop, different ringtones and everything. Was killing the whole vibe. I asked our waiter to mention something to management and it was addressed instantly. I wish I could have tipped more at the time, thank you again!
First time, wanted to try something new so We brought the kids here. Definitely will be coming back, service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu which made our dinner that much better. All 6 of us had the "4 course experience " and NO complaints. I'd like to give 10 stars but 5 is my limit. Would be a great place for Date Night also.
Lyndsey H was our server and she alone is why I'm writing this review! The food and atmosphere were great but Lyndsey was fantastic! She is what made our meal so enjoyable. Her customer service is excellent and she will go above and beyond for her guests! She was an absolute blast, super friendly and funny. We will be requesting her every time we come back!
I took my fiancee here and was our first time ever going to a Melting Pot. We both enjoyed it and were there for over two hours! I made reservations online and it was simple and received a confirmation. I added the add-on of a dozen roses which were beautiful. It was a sweet surprise for my fiancee when we came around and there were the roses on the table. They knew it was her birthday and they sat us in a darker part of the restaurant by ourselves which was very romantic.
We started with the cheese dish and it was delicious. It is melted with white wine and was creamy and tasty. Then we had a salad which were fresh and also good. My fiancee got the classic which she really enjoyed. She said everything was great but the pork was out of this world. I got the French Quarter which was also very good. Mine did have a good spicy kick, which I enjoyed. Finally, our meal wrapped up with dessert. We got turtle and it was wonderful flavor and added coffee to finish the night off.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we plan on going again!
My girlfriend and I went in and had a 6:30 reservation our server was Cameron he was very attentive to us and our needs and exceeded expectations! I got the $20 rose pedal and candle on the table package for date night and we did the “big night out for 2” $109 is the price! It was a 4 course meal and a great expirience. I give it a 10 out of 10 and we will be back!
It's a great experience and a terrific choice for date night, though expensive. They have a good selection of wines, and other alcohol. If you like cheese and chocolate you cannot beat the melting pot. Add in the great selection of main courses and a couple of good but standard salads should not having you leave here hungry, in fact you may want to skip a meal beforehand because you will stuff yourself on the good food.
I would honestly go here just for the cheese and chocolate, but everything is good here. Obviously, Melting Pot is a great place for sharing a fondue experience, but the people at the Pensacola location make it special. They have gluten-free (GF) options, and although pricey, we have always had great meals here and it's worth it. The service here is great and the people are awesome from the hostess, to the servers, to the manager. We typically do the Big (or Bigger) Night Out because it includes everything - cheese, salad, main entrees, and dessert - but you can order a la cart or catch a special if you sign up on their website. Give Melting Pot Pensacola a chance if you're looking for a treat!
The food was great. Everything including the entrees, desserts, and drinks were all above average quality. The atmosphere was great for a date or friends and family gatherings. Overall a great experience. The only downsides were that the server put the heat a bit high and left it there, causing the cooking process, which is in front of you of course, to be subject to popping as you cooked the entrees, since it was heated oil or dried out the chocolates and cheese a bit quickly, easily fixable by adjusting the heat yourself. The price is a bit on the high side so it seems this set up is more for friendly gatherings or dates. There are options for just 2 customers which was what we went with, which was an expected price for a higher quality date. 9/10 would recommend.
Food was very good. The service started our great, had a bit of a lul in the middle and finished good. Plan to spend some money, but decent happy hour specials at the bar. Note they are ONLY in the bar area.
