Nancy's made our wedding event a success! From day #1, Paul and staff made sure they answered ALL of our questions and helped to bring our ideas to reality. The day of the event was perfect - staff arrived early, setup and breakdown were very smooth, the food was delicious (rave reviews on the grits bar), and the service staff was very friendly and professional with our guests. We used Nancy's Catering and Events for our Rehearsal Dinner and our Wedding Reception. For the Rehearsal Dinner, we had an onsite chef that prepared an Shrimp Boil.... and WOW, was the food so fantastic! We had a buffet style dinner for the reception and again we were so incredibly impressed with the food. Everything was wonderful. Additionally, we had a total of 5 staff at our events, and their service was great as well. Very friendly and very helpful. Nancy's also assisted in having all of the alcohol, tables, chairs, and linens delivered. Both of our events were perfect, we would not have changed anything. The customer service we received prior to the events was the BEST. We worked with Paul Silivos and we can't say enough good things about him. He was so responsive, thorough, pleasant, and just wonderful to work with. He was a huge help with planning our destination wedding. We were so happy we chose Nancy's Catering and Events and would recommend them a thousand times over to anyone.

Nancy's Catering provided the food for my daughters wedding reception last weekend and the food was delicious. Their team faced some challenges as our event was held at Blackwater River State Park and they were able to pull off a lovely event with no power, one outdoor hose bibb and a morning downpour of rain while they were setting up under a tent! The staff were very nice and set up the buffet and continuously worked to keep the venue looking nice during the reception. Both the food and service were outstanding. At the bride and grooms request we had tiropita, spanakopita, empanadas, a mac and cheese bar, heirloom tomatoes on toast and twice baked potato puffs. It all tasted great!
We’ve had their Gourmet-to-Go three times in four weeks.
I don’t know who comes up with the dishes, but they deserve an award. From the mains to the sides, there’s a deft hand working in their kitchen. They know what they’re doing, and they’re doing it well.
I’ve been nothing but impressed, and their quality is consistent. There are sit-down restaurants in Pensacola that can’t deliver half the flavor for twice the price compared to these guys.
It's not just catering, they are a restaurant too. One of the best ever with delicious food and a friendly staff.
Our family of three ate for $31! Fresh collards and green beans. Wonderful chicken selection! My hubby loved the pork chops. We are so impressed!!
I love Nancy's! The staff are always so gracious and prepare the most wonderful food. The Flatbread Pizza's are amazing for lunch and I absolutely love the Grouper Cakes for dinner. My kids love their Spaghetti and homemade potato chips. If you are looking for an amazing gourmet to-go, make a run to Nancy's!

They catered my wedding and we had the rehearsal dinner at their place. They were the most unbelievable working group of people I have worked with. Theresa is amazing and made my nerves settled with their great work done. They are viewed as a catering company, but that's an understatement. They set up every table, all the chairs, helped coordinate the wedding, set up an inside and outside bar, and were the first and last to leave. If that's not 5 star service then I don't believe it exist.. thank you.
I just ordered through Cityspree and the Rib eye is fantastic!!! This is the best meal you can get delivered, hands down!!!
My wife & I worked with Paul for our May 16th wedding. He's the man!!! I can tell you that any couple getting married regardless of their budget should have Haute Affairs as the caterer!!! Paul is very organized & gave us great advice on vendors (we also rented 90 white chairs from them).
Every single guest (145 total) RAVED about the food!!! We had a budget of around $7500 so we had hors d'oeuvres & a great buffet with a beef carving station, glazed chicken & fish, & veggies. The number one rave was our Mac & Cheese bar. It was amazing!!!
We also stop by their Gourmet to Go for lunch & dinner several times per month! Best food in Pensacola from $8-12 per person. I know I've used many exclamation points, but Haute Affairs is the best!
I would give Nancys a 6 out of 5 if it were an option! Everyone at Nancys is amazing. Teresa was so easy to work with and took care of everything. Nancys made the planning and day of so easy. We did both the wedding and rehearsal through Nancys and both were flawless. I will use Nancys for any future event!

We used Nancy's for a rehearsal dinner. The food and service was outstanding. If you are wondering what entrees to order I highly recommend the London broil and the seafood pasta. Both were a big hit at our event. Jessica was also fantastic to work with, professional and delivered as promised.
I used Nancy's for a Mardi Gras theme family party and Jeannette assisted me for almost a year through the whole process. I really am at a loss as to how many complimentary adjectives I can use to describe our experience with your company and with the superior and professional and most competent service we had with Karen on the occasion of my wife's birthday dinner party (and I'm a lawyer!) . I cannot possibly recommend this service too highly and can assure anyone contemplating the use of a catering company in the Pensacola area that our experience was just superb-- if there were more than 5 stars available, I would give extra stars. Karen was exactly on time as per schedule and could not have attended our guests any more pleasantly or efficiently than she did that evening. The cuisine was nothing short of magnificent and there were many ooooohs and aaaaahs from our guests throughout the evening. Thank you!
I would definitely recommend this company for your event. They catered my daughters wedding at a beach house and they were set up ready to go on time and had it cleaned up and out of the way immediately after. They made setting up and scheduling very easy for me and answered all my questions in a very timely matter all throughout the planning stages. The food was excellent and everyone raved about it.
I hired this company for my baby shower and my experience was better than i expected!! The food was AMAZING and the set up was beautiful.

July 30th - Nancy's Catering & Events catered my beautiful daughters dream wedding in our backyard! The food was amazing and the staff was even better! Michaela and her team exceeded our hopes and expectations.
The teriyaki chicken, beef tips, mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus were to die for!
We had Nancy's catering for our wedding and their service and food was absolutely amazing. They were quick to respond to emails and were great at the wedding! The food was the best I've had in years and they also kept our plates warm while we took photos and also gave us to go boxes with left overs!

Nancy's truly went over and beyond for our needs! I called and worked with Taylor on a very short time span and she pulled together a quote very quickly for us. The delivery was early to our event and the food was hot and delicious! Everyone raved about how delicious the food was, especially the homemade meatloaf! Nancy’s Catering & Events was so wonderful to work with for our wedding! My husband and I knew we wanted an Asian-fusion inspired menu and couldn’t find anywhere in the area to do it. Without hesitation Nancy’s agreed to create a menu especially for us. We worked directly with Kiersten who was so easy to communicate with. She answered all of our questions and took detailed notes for setup on the day of. The staff at the wedding were so friendly and kind, and made due with some pretty limited setup space. A huge thank you to their wonderful team for making our wedding day so special with their delicious food. Highly recommend their sister restaurant Agapi as well!

Our original caterer cancelled on us and honestly, it was for the better because Nancy’s Catering was AMAZING! The tasting process was painless and we loved that we were able to customize the menu to fit our needs/desires. Not to mention the menu selection has a ton of variety so we were able to be as conservative or wild as we wanted to be. We had a pretzel bar set up for cocktail hour, which doubled as a cool decor piece for the reception. Our guests RAVED about the food! The Mac & Cheese bar was *chef’s kiss* and I honestly still dream about the fried chicken; it was that good! Michaela and her team made sure all of the food was set up beautifully and also cleaned up at the end of the evening. Nancy’s Catering showed up and showed out and I would highly recommend them for any event.
