Y’all this is Keisha and I posing for a pic together after she utilized and delivered some of the BEST customer service and hospitality skills I’ve EVER witnessed! I legit felt like I was in her dining room at her home while she was navigating the kitchen and making sure I had everything I needed. It felt almost like a personalized experience. It was GREAT! Needless to say I was SUPER impressed with this special lady. So much so that I decided that it was worth taking time out of my day to recognize her for her seemingly effortless way of making me feel right at home from the time I walked in the door when she met me with a cheerful smile like only you can do when you genuinely LOVE your job. I think every business EVERYWHERE needs a Keisha like her in their life and in their businesses! So moral of the story is Keisha was awesome! Of course Captain D’s is awesome! But THIS particular establishment at 4373 W Fairfield Dr., Pensacola, FL 32505 is the one I will be going to from now on because I don’t know if every Captain D’s has a Keisha like her but I know this one does! Thanks Keisha for the kind and hospitable environment that you created for my wife and I for just the brief period that we were there! And thank you Captain D’s for the AMAZING food…as always. You guys NEVER disappoint! 😉🙌🫶✌️

What a great fried fish place. I was reluctant to go because the name is weird but I'm glad I finally did because they had great fish.

The food that time was really well done. The cashier/hostess was great and brought us our food at the table. Both of us were beat and still in a hurry to get to the next thing, so it was greatly appreciated! Atmosphere: it is what it is. Well laid out with a few semiprivate tables and with the open floor type plan of booths as well. It is still a fast food place.

Food was hot, everything tasted good. Only reason I am giving 4/5 is because ya'll didn't have chocolate cake lol. Bring back chocolate cake please!!!

Update update picture I give it four stars it was better the food was better it was fresher but the Caucasian lady just had an attitude she has a bad spirit and I pray God blesses her and also the African-American female I hope God blesses her too she says she's a general manager but she did make up for the food minus the jalapeno poppers I paid for them, my choice and I got a free tea drink, but I give it 4 stars but I will not go back there to eat

Yes not the best fish in town but at least once a year but the hush puppies were the yummiest.

Normal Captain D's food with average service. If you haven't tried the jalapeno cheese bites, you should. They're the best!

I mean let's be honest. It's either a guilty pleasure or it's not. All I have is nostalgia of eating Captain D's as a kid. And the crucnchies and hush puppies. Is it the best seafood? Of course not. It's captain D's. But. Is the staff friendly? absolutely. Is the food always hot and "fresh"? Absolutely. What more could you ask for in a fast food seafood joint?

Same restaurant chain, but has maintained a clean; well-run operation. The fish is always served hot and there are many sides to choose! Enjoyed atmosphere and spacious dining.

Brass tacks; Best Cap'n's in Pensacola, if not,the region. I popped a quick 4* review on the way home (the store is right outside the neighborhood) Story time. I'm moving my vote up to 5*. We just got back from a gruelling cross country road trip. I've got a torn muscle and ligament in my shoulder. They close at 11. We showed up at like 9:59, when they were about to lock the dining room. I was in way too much pain to go anywhere else, and it was obvious they were done for the night. They still took the time to treat us like guests. They forgot one of the plates, so I had to go back. Normally, I'd leave the review at 4* if that was it. Obviously, there's a discussion about what we got and what was prepared. Simple mistake, the jalapeno poppers made the fourth plate hard to see on the ticket. But the lady closing again took the time to ask how we could make it right (it's like 20m to store close). Just wanted what was missing. Had it in less than 5m, and was heading back home. So anyway, I'm moving it to 5* because after a week of everything going wrong, and in enough pain to almost be in tears, the crew shined a light at the end of the tunnel. Even when things go wrong, they get better. The Fairfield team down by Mobile Hwy is awesome, thank you for saving our night.
