I normally don't review fast food restaurants but making an exception. The crew from top to bottom was friendly and welcoming. The manager was on point running her team. The food came out hot and in timely manner. The tables were noticeably clean and the condiments section was organized. I'm impressed and highly recommend this location.

Arby's is more or less a fast food joint I rarely eat at but when I do it doesn't disappoint. The best I would say is the roast beef and cheddar or a classic roast beef sandwich, both are on the six dollar menu. Which is another plus, the food here isn't at all that expensive. But you do get what you paid for so bear that on mind.
The food was good (steak and bacon) and a shake. But the customer service needs work. People need to pay attention to their customers.
I love the places that have their dining rooms open. It is sad that even has to be a benchmark.

Corporate needs to step up their game on their online ordering. It shouldn't take 10 or more minutes for an online order to process before it reaches the designated store so that that store can fulfill it. The current system is a good one for falling behind the competition.
