Really convenient location with quick service and wonderful staff! Unfortunately, the spacing is limited so it's best to have one person order while the others find seating and hold the luggage at the gates.
Food was fresh and piping hot
Same good food as outside of the airport. Bear in mind the captive airport audience. The line can be long and slow, and then you eat in the gate areas.
The employees are sweet and hardworking, but it's almost the only place in the Pensacola airport to eat. It's kind of mediocre food and also they missed the "no pickles" on the sandwich.
This location always has great service, fresh food, and is always slammed no matter what time of day. Two permanent drive thru lanes overflowing, my tip is go inside, get a table, order and pay on app, and they deliver to your table, dine-in or takeout. Salads are especially fresh, good there.
Food was very good. What you would expect from a typical Chick-fil-A. The customer service was also wonderful. Better than what I would usually expect in an airport.

I'm not sure how to rate the atmosphere... the line to order was quick and orderly. They definitely figured out that system. They served the orders in which they were taken.... so I am not sure why the pick-up process was disorderly.
My shake was good, maybe better than the chick-fil-a where I live.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. The food comes out hot and fast.
