They're so organized w/ an extended drive up to accommodate @ least 10 to 15 cars or more in drive thru. Staff outside on the line taking orders so as you approach pick up window there's worker waiting w/your order. Huge staff, food is awesome! Went specifically for their seasonal offering of chicken tortilla soup.....omg, to die for! But their prices are in the same winner's line. Got the big bowl of soup w/large soda & yummy brownie under $16! Big Mac meal is $18+ but not nearly as delicious. Mickey's has a TON more fat as well. You won't regret trying this fabulous soup treat 😋 ! !
Them mobile pick up area is a bit chaotic. I think it's because they wait to prepare your order until you arrive. I had already paid, so it must be a QC procedure. I get it, but there must be a more organized way of handling pick up orders. I may have had better timing using the drive thru. The food is always good. Staff is always friendly.
I had an excellent experience at Chick-fil-A's drive-through. Not only was my order delivered promptly, but the food was also delicious. The staff was efficient and ensured that everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal on the go!
Always great the business!! Especially, I really appreciate the staff for their hard work on a very busy Saturday with crazy hot summer. I clearly know about the chaos situation at that time. Most the time I just get drive-through at Chick-fil-A but it has got to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Thanks Chick-fil-A for the continued great food and wonderfully positive staff. PS I love what you’ve been doing with your mobile ordering. At one of my main locations, there are mobile order lanes that are much faster than waiting in line with everybody that didn’t place a mobile order.
I was recently hanging out in Peoria and decided to drop by Chick-fil-A. I am always impressed to see a crew work under pressure they handled the guest in line as well as the guests in the Drive-Thru. The food was spot-on as usual. I did not catch the employee's name but he was a certified trainer this guy was awesome he was helpful and friendly as he delivered food to the dining area.
