Most impressed with the service at Serra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse. The servers moved around the floor very quickly and they were Not on roller skates. Old fashioned hustle was evident as they descended on table after table with really juicy meats. I was especially impressed with the quality and amount of food at the salad bar. I wished the infants taken to the restaurant by their parents were a little quieter but they were hungry too. The manager came over and talked with us for awhile. He seemed to be quite a good conversationalist and really added to our overall appreciation . Some food items seemed a bit saltier than I preferred but that’s my own personal taste. Maybe it wasn’t salt but something else that gave a few of the meats a salty taste. We don’t cook with salt and so anything that is the least bit salted tastes salty. Anyway, the quality of the food was worth the price. Almost forgot to mention the Brazilian Flan. The desserts was exceptionally great! Don’t miss out when you’re finished with all the meats and wondering whether you have room for dessert.
We visited on a Saturday night for a company holiday annual dinner. The hard part is it was so busy and we were seated at the very last table in the restaurant, so the people serving meats would either run out of only have a few cuts left and only a few people in our group got the meats .. then there was no telling when the rest of us got to try that meat again.. you have to wait until someone comes by again. Unfortunately, it was like that for almost every cut of meat, we were the last stop for everything and everyone. Kinda killed the vibe all together.
Had an incredible experience eating here. The staff was extremely efficient, the food was delicious, atmosphere was very relaxing and on the border of intimate (or maybe I was just having a moment with my food). All the staff felt like family making sure we had enough food, and always accommodating. Would recommend as a must place to stop by.
This is a great place if you are looking to try a wide variety of meats. They had so many great options to sample. The tri tip was probably my favorite. I had everything from steak to lamb to chicken to pork. It was all pretty good overall. I like how you get fresh cuts every time. You can even ask for anything, and they will bring it right over to your table. Our server was great and checked in with us often. As soon as you're seated, you can flip your card to green and start eating!
We ended up ordering a cheesecake for desert, and it was really delicious. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely be back again.
The staff were very friendly, explained the process well, and the food was AMAZING. We wanted the ham to come back around, and they brought it out upon request. It was a lovely experience!
Loved everything about this place. Salad bar was superb and service was exceptional. Meat was good quality for the most part. There were a couple of items that were dry but otherwise great. Would definitely return. Check out the birthday dessert! This was amazing.
Came with some buddies for a birthday. The food AND service was beyond my expectations for a first time diner. I will be back!
OMG THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! We were there for my husband's job Christmas party. First time there. The different meats are awesome. Be prepared to walk out stuffed.
We've celebrated birthdays twice here. Atmosphere is excellent! Meat is touch and go, it seems. This time, all my shrimp and most meats were overcooked. The mashed potatoes seemed tastier this time, as were most of the sides. The drinks were amazing! I am hopeful that the chefs/cooks will find some sort of system for consistency with the grill as I want to love this place!

I’ve been coming here since I was fourteen and every experience has been incredible! The staff here has always been more than kind and helpful! I want to include the name of an exceptional employee, his name is Darren and from the moment we walked in the door he was kind, bright, helpful, and all together an amazing waiter! I recommend coming here wholeheartedly, this restaurant is worth every penny!
A wonderful place. Food is amazing, the staff attentive. And they feed you until you say no more! what more could you want? If you’ve never been to a Brazilian steakhouse? You must go and I highly recommend this place.
Loved it! Though the price got me by surprised. I guess I was not paying attention to the hostess that combination plate was $51 which included all you can salad bar (btw very delicious) and all the cuts of meat. Anyway, if I had paid more attention to the hostess I don't think I would paid $51 per person. I mean I had the money to pay. It's some of the people in the party did not bother trying any of the meats offered. Six people only one plate of salad and they were done. Very disappointed and sorry for even venting here. Anyway, the food is very good, spices and well cooked. I tried all of the cuts plus lamb which is one of my favorites. It is pricey take people that will try the meats.
Service was great starting with the initial call to make a reservation. The lady on the phone, I think her name was Normal, was very friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, the salad bar was so fresh and clean! Impressively, we never had to wait for a refill on our meats or drinks. The place overall was clean and had good vibes with pleasant staff.
