-My family and I came here at 1:30pm on a Sunday. It was rather empty. Was a small cute place with about 12 tables, a mix of high tops and half booths, plus a sushi bar. -For the most part the service was great. A little slow on noticing drink refills but overall very pleasant servers. -I was happy to find a weekend lunch menu. -Miso soup came with kids meal and fried rice. Was standard miso soup, no complaints. It did come out very hot which was nice. -My toddlers shared the kids teriyaki chicken (sauce on the side). It was very yummy. They loved the sticky rice. Also, there food came on a kids plastic plate which was awesome! -My husband ordered the meat lovers fried rice and it was definitely for meat lovers! The portion was huge and it had a lot of well cooked small pieces of a variety of meat. -The spicy mayo was actually spicy and very good. -The garlic edamame was so very flavorful and another huge portion. -We will be back for sure. I will try sushi next time too.

The food is very delicious! The ingredients all taste very fresh, for example the garlic seems to have been cut there rather than using pickled garlic from a plastic jar! Every one is super nice and the ambience is great, with good music playing at just the right volume. I’d recommend checking the place out!!

Love coming here! It’s quaint, has many delicious options, and they offer kimbap off the menu! Service is always fast, quick, and kind. Glad to be so close by. Garlic edamame is amazing.

My husband and I had been searching for a new sushi spot since our usual spot is no longer open…. And finally found it! First, the service was AMAZING! So much attention, enthusiasm, and kindness! The food was chefs kiss! We ordered for an appetizer the jalapeño poppers and they had just the right amount of kick. For sushi we ordered their climax roll and the fire roll. Both were absolutely delicious! We highly recommend you try this place it will not disappoint!! Just wish they served cocktails.

We love this small, neighborhood sushi joint has it’s hits and misses. We didn’t care for the baked Volcano roll. It reminded me of salmon jerky. (No thanks) ...but the salmon mango roll was fun! Tasty & bright with a little sweetness. We stayed long enough for the weekend happy hour to start at 8:30. I was surprised at how many rolls they offered for $5.5. The tempura salmon was great!

This is a great spot, sushi is on point, Korean chicken is tasty (shown in the photo) and my favorite the Hamachi Kama (show in photo, its grilled yellowtail collar) with the smokey ponzu sauce... thats an A++ appetizer. Order an extra side of rice and unagi sauce and try it with that as well! Highly recommend this spot!

I live close to here and it’s hands down my go-to sushi joint. The food is amazing, I’ve never had anything I didn’t like! The bento boxes during lunch special are my favorite. The staff are always extremely inviting and caring.

Nice food and simple, clean atmosphere. Not too much seating space so we encounter a bit of a waiting time at dinner time. Food always delicious

I got a combination fried rice and the portion is about half of what you get anywhere else. It was $13.95 and it didn’t even take up all of the bottom of the smaller size container they put it in. I weighed it and it comes to 10 oz. kind of diss appointed. After eating it I will say it tastes great! It did come with some miso soup too like the owner said. That said though even though this fish was on the small side because of the good taste I will be trying them again...maybe just a different dish.

Great sushi in north Peoria. Friday night was busy but not too crowded. No wait. Fast and friendly service. Sashimi Big Eye Tuna was excellent. Flaming Dragon roll was one of the specialties and was spicey and very tasty. Also "Somebody's Watching" with tuna (also can get salmon) was excellent. Full bar. Not too noisy and great atmosphere. Nice evening.

mbiance is a typical neighborhood restaurant. They play jazz music and there are big tvs for watching a game. This place can get busy after 6 pm on weekends. They recently remodeled the inside and added new dishes to the menu. The parking lot can be tricky sometimes because there are other restaurants next to it too, but I always find a spot. We come here very offer

The waitrix was a little distracted at first - but once I asked her how to perform the saki-bomber process - she brightened up and treated us great! Food was pretty, and tasty!
