Great concept, no excuse to not eat healthy now that this place is opened. The red pepper vinaigrette may have been one of the best dressings I've ever had!
I went to one of the practice - dress rehearsal dates before the official opening day. I got a seasonal salad, I believe it was strawberry aphrodite. It was good. Had a whole lot of chicken, maybe too much. The saffron dressing was very good. I had a mint flavor ice tea which was delicious. Everyone was so nice and it was so well run even though it was so busy. Give it a try. The small size salad is just right. The large might be very plentiful.
By far best salad I’ve ever had. Only thing I’m upset about is the fact that I didn’t see the Gouda red pepper soup before I was on my way out of the store. Considering moving to AZ just so I can eat here more often.

It was my first time at Mad Greens and it was pleasant :) i wish this location was closer to my home or workplace because it took me 15 minutes from work just to get here which is not really doable on a lunch break.
When I first got there I was the only one in line around 1pm, but then a whole bunch of people followed in after me. I thought I was just lucky for the rush hour.
Think of this place as a chipotle style- but for salad and wraps :) I just ordered 2 salads that were already on the menu; the TY Cobb and the Pancho Villa Salad.
I am giving a 4 star, because I wish the employees would have been a little more interactive with me, for example, ‘ have you ever been here before? Let me explain how it works, let me know if you have any questions’, etc.” I felt like I was a little bit rushed and didn’t really know what I was getting.
I got my salads to go, and I liked the container they put it on with the dressing on the side. And omg the drink options were amazing! I love that they had a cool unique soda brand and fun teas- the Mexican cola was amazing and the teas were great too (I tried both with a refill before I left).
Overall the salads were a great size for the cost and the flavors were great! I would definitely come back!
My hubby and I could not agree on dinner. He chose Fuddruckers and I opted for @madgreenseatbetter It was my first time there and won't be my last! My salad was fresh and tasty! I got the Athena salad with no red onions and added strawberries. I love that they tossed the salad so well that there was just as much toppings on the top of my salad as there were on the bottom! Service was top notch and I loved that the lids to their bowls had a notch for your salad dressing cup! Food is ordered and assembled in front of you along a counter. My wife and I ordered a salad and a grain bowl and greatly enjoyed them.

This is the first time I've been to this location, before, going to the Gilbert location on Baseline & Val Vista. I was a little confused at first, on this one's location, cause I thought it was on the same corner as Arrowhead Mall, but it's diagonal, on the SE corner of 75th Ave & Bell.
There's adequate parking, on the side & along the front of the restaurant, close to shopping like Cost Plus, on its own corner, then across the street & diagonal, the mall. It's a bit hard to see from a car, driving up & down the main roads, due to other businesses & a small sign. Inside is beautifully clean, open, bright, no smell, & the decor is modern industrial, w/ large tables & booths, w/ padded seats.
Employees are very nice, speaking clearly & sufficient decible. There's menus online, at the entrance, & up where you order. Place your order, tell them if you want it as a salad, wrap, or sandwich + soups or juices. You can substitute at no extra cost, & then you pay.
Drinks are not normal big brands, from Coke or Pepsi, but are fancy artsy drinks, plus 3 large tea options. Everything is yum!
How was Mad Greens? Well I'm more of a meat and potato person myself. I had had a string of non veggie meals and asked the wife if she wanted to go to Mad Greens. I went there with the wrong impression and once I seen the menu it all looked pretty good. It was really good. I got the small portion cause I'm cheap but when they made it and put it the bowl there was a lot of food. I really enjoyed my salad, the wife got a wrap. I will try a wrap next time just because.... I really recommend this place. Enjoyed it thoroughly! Thanks
I LOVE Mad Greens, and so does my entire family. We are most thrilled with their craft sodas and Kid's Awesome Box meals! My daughter loves having options and you can swap out any ingredients you don't love. Also, the service is ALWAYS fantastic. Everyone is kind and upbeat and uplifting. I am so glad we have one nearby!
Every single person in the staff was SUPER friendly, it made my day ☺ the food was good, I'm looking forward to trying the other stuff on the menu. The Kids Awesome Box is something I can feel good about my child eating. The fountain drinks were interesting; the vanilla creme was yummy!
Loved my first experience at mad greens. I really loved my salad. The staff was willing to tell me the top favorites and I was brave and went with something else, which means all the others must be great too. Great food and a fun drink selection made from cane! The root beer was a big plus for me :)
Update: tried it again and with the knowledge of it being cold it was more enjoyable this time around. Healthy and delicious.
Don't get me wrong, it was a decent meal, but it was cold. I'm used to wraps with chicken having warm chicken. The sauce was good on the southwestern wrap.
So tasty, I recommend the Cobb salad. A large was almost too much! My toddler loved her awesome box. And the spicy avocado option for my salad was just the kick I needed!!
I've been here a few times and every time I try something new and it's always delicious. The service is friendly and quick, perfect for a bite if you don't have a lot of time.
I found this place on a whim when looking for last-minite healthy dinner ideas. I ordered the Don Quixote salad which was DELICIOUS. Their pomegranate tea has stevia for the sweetener, I don't find that in a lot of restaurants. Perfect portion sizing and I had to take some of their spices home with me :)
First timer, but definitely not going to be my last time! Line moved quick, staff was friendly, restaurant was clean. Portion size was perfect, mixture of toppings to greens was perfect, flavor was AMAZING. Can’t wait to go back and try more!
Loved my Spicy Bacon Bowl from the MADgreens arrowhead! The staff was really helpful informing me which entrees were gluten and dairy free. I was impressed that they use clean tongs to prep each customer’s bowl. The restaurant was clean and fresh looking, as were the ingredients!
I was also loving the Maine Root sodas that are made with cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup! I had the Vanilla Creme. I’ll be back soon.
Love this place! The salads are HUGE and so fresh! They put the perfect amount of ingredients and better than that they ask you your dressing amount preference, light medium or heavy. The staff is super friendly and quick. I’m also obsessed with their iced tea selection. Best fast food place!
