I loved that the IHOP was clean and new looking. The waitress was helpful and friendly. The only small issue was the time of when the food gets ordered and the time we get served. They did look understaffed so that might be why. Other than that, everything was great. I don't mind driving further out

This IHOP is great I ordered the cinnamon pancakes combo 😋 yummy. Everything is great service is great there was no wait 8:30 on a Saturday morning heck yeah coffee was good. In and out at home less than an hour.👏👍🤩

New waitress and she just didn't even get the basics...She just stood there like a deer in the headlights and froze. The Manager came out and took our order and was very accommodating.
