Sorry but this McDonald’s is a literal joke. I had to wait 10 minutes for 3 ice cream cones and one large Diet Coke. The cones weren’t even remotely made correctly and then of course the Diet Coke was out along with like 4 other drinks. Do better.

I wanted a Big Mac and some Ice Cream thats all. You would think since it's summer time they would have they Ice cream machine working but no. Now my Big Mac looks like someone just took a bite out of my burger patty like WHAAT. Like I'm out done.

I got a small order this morning, chicken biscuit, hashbrown, and a coffee. My food was very fresh and the coffee was nice and hot ! Got a mocha frappe with espresso added. Very good.

Kimberly was very accommodating considering the other McDonald’s 2 miles away did not know what a coupon was. When is McDonald’s going to open up the bathrooms again? Need a better rest stop as we move through the Ohio turnpike.

Me and my girlfriend ordered in the digital orders took 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Also when handing out orders they don’t even say the number to your order. I asked him what was in it and he shrugged his shoulders. Avoiding this at all costs. Save your time and energy.

5 stars to the men and some of the women here. Both were very polite and doing their best. Bad service. Waited 10 mins for a 10pc. Chicken nuggets and there were people waiting at the counter as well while the workers were all in the back talking in a circle. And my food was over cooked. And they would walk past the guy at the counter who was waiting for his order to be taken, UNREAL!
