House of Hunan was very nicely decorated outside for the holiday season, it was clean and very welcoming. The building was very handicap accessible with a very nice ramp making wheelchair friendly however there was not much for handicap parking.
The inside was clean and easy to navigate. However the person we first we encountered was a lady who was directing us to where to sit but she appeared distracted and just kept flagging her hand to the back of the restaurant so we went where she was pointing then they acted a little rude we sat at a bigger table than we needed. This seemed to be the norm as the people who worked there were not the friendliest but they were ok.
Some of the food on the buffet was not the warmest or freshest but then there was other stuff that was hot and fresh and constantly being refilled. They had a very nice variety of foods and choices. They had a very unique taco that my daughter was crazy about.
My family wants to go back at a time when it is not a holiday time to see if the food is more fresh and the service is better.
Lovingly prepared, and delish food. So reasonably priced! Buffet is always well stocked and super clean. The service is top notch wonderful. And the traditional Chinese art is amazing. Favorite local spot! 10/10 highly recommended
We arrived just before 6pm and the food was great! The peanut butter chicken is amazing! They also have garlic chicken that melts in your mouth and is sweet and delicious!
I don't normally like buffets but I make an exception for this place. There's a large selection of food, desserts and ice cream. They also have sushi 🍣
Definitely worth trying yourself.
My daughter and I went around 3 pm and everything was fresh and quite good that we had. The price is quite reasonable as well. We will definitely be back. The sushi was really good although I was disappointed to see the red ginger which has aspartame in it. The servers were nice and the presentation was good.
