Poorly managed, drive through and inside order pick takes too long. It took over 45 minutes to service 9 cars in the drive through. Good quality has gone down. The people working here are depressing. Like other reviews noted, the wait is unbearable. Waited 40 minutes for a burger and some chicken strips (and they still go it wrong). Not sure how this location is profitable at this rate of production. Oh well, won't be going back.

Waited for about 15 minutes in the drive thru before ordering, then I was told they are no longer serving Dr. Pepper Shakes. Next, waited another 15 minutes for a large fry and small strawberry shake. This location could learn a lot from the Houston locations that have 2 lines!
