A hidden gem! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We stopped in prior to a wedding for a quick bite and everything to do with it was perfect. The food we ate here was cooked to perfection, and hit the exact spice levels we asked for! The service was an amazing balance of attentiveness and prov
One of my favorite spots in center city. Food is tasty and the atmosphere is very quaint. Everyone is like family and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. You got to try the Trinidadian style Chinese chicken and rice 🥰
This seemed like an interesting pick to try for restaurant week and it did not disappoint. The service, the food... outstanding. The flavors did not disappoint and are almost intoxicating, leaving us wanting more... We will be back.
Very delicious! We enjoyed our appetizers & entrees, with the sweetest server! A quiet & beautiful little restaurant.
My server was great, I started off with the pholourie so yummy, I ordered the curry goat which was flavorful and buss up shot with a glass of sorrel all of my favorites.
This "new" location is much better suited to the easy going Trini "liming" culture being fostered at Flambo. Right in the gayborhood, reservations on date night are probably recommended. Convenient parking on the street and an neighboring lot. There's a small bar near the main door that has standard
Stopped in for a quick bite before heading out for the evening. What a wonderful surprise. Everything was delicious! Didn't stray far from the appetizer menu - Coconut shrimp and roast pork belly were perfect. Would highly recommend.
Celebrated my birthday here and I was so happy 🥹 Loveeeeeeeeeeeeed this experience 💗 The owner was so personable and the staff are very attentive. The jerk wings are authentic and drinks were delicious. I’m from Washington DC and never had any Caribbean experience like this before 🤤 I ordered the Ox
I had the pleasure of dining at Flambo Caribbean/Indian Restaurant in Center City yesterday, and it was truly a culinary delight. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional. To start, I ordered the oxtails, which arrived in a flavorful gravy alongside perfectly cooked beans and r
Really a nice gem we stumbled upon. I like their happy hour window, the cocktails and bar seemed a bit more high end. Though we didn't try! Every part of the food was delicious. Pakora, Roti, Curry Mussels, Butter Chicken, Oxtail, and corn soup. Oxtail and the mussels by far my favorite! One thing
Excellent customer service. The bartender makes outstanding drinks. Original and potent! Had the jerk chicken wings and they were amazing! Will come back and bring friends/family!
I’ve always loved Flambo but since they’ve changed locations - it’s become one of my favorite restaurants. Not only is the food the perfect blend of several tantalizing and flavorful food cultures but the service is unmatched. I went for my birthday and they made my experience feel special when ever
Truly a hidden gem. Staff made wonderful recommendations for food pairings. He was serving as a waiter and also cooking in the back kitchen! Every dish was absolutely top notch. Would highly recommend!
My mother, Boyfriend and myself had a Feast at Flambo last night! All our Trini favorites with the back home Vibes! Service is exceptional and Kevin, the owner is very personable, accommodating and a joy to talk to!🙂. This is by far the Best Trinidadian 🇹🇹/Caribbean Restaurant in the Tri-state area
Had a great time here this past weekend. Food tasted great. Drinks were good and staff was very friendly. I had the Curry Duck, roti, and rice & peas. Amazing… don’t forget to try the Pholourie appetizer.
Great service, fantastic drinks and delicious food. If you’re in center city give this place a try.
