Zavino Wine Bar Pizzeria - Philadelphia - Photo album

We loved this restaurant! The gnocchi was amazing. They have a nice selection of wine, beer and cocktails. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. The tiramisu was also very tasty ! Both dishes are highly recommended.
Delicious pizza! In our group we tried most of the pizza menu! A round of applause for the meatball pizza. Although my favorites were the Diavalo and the Joey. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, too!
Went to zavinos the other night for happy hour and it did not disappoint. There was no room indoors but there was a heated lamp outside and for an October night we were pretty comfortable. We had the margarita pizza and cheese bread (which was basically another pizza) and cauliflower (not part of ha
This restaurant in my opinion is one of those hidden gems in Central Philly. They put a very unique twist on traditional foods here, the customer service was great and the menu prices were very reasonable to boot. I really enjoyed my time here.

The dining area is small and kind of cramped but very homie and easy to like. The menu is small, one page but filled with interesting and unique vegetable menu items. I tried this seared cauliflower steak and my wife tried the fettuccine braised chicken bo
This is always a great go to in the city. They had a seasonal pumpkin/squash pizza that was very good and creative. Awesome beer and wine list as well. Service can be spotty sometimes so be aware.
Great pizza and wine. If you come for lunch be prepared for a rather loud dough mixing machine. Otherwise it's a nice place for a glass of wine and a tasty bite.
We were looking for a Italian resturant which served gulten-free pizza near the the Marriott hotel in downtown Philadelphia. We saw that Zavino was close and served pizza with gluten-free crusts, so we decided to give them a try since they have a full Italian menu with a bar. I ordered fettuccini
Outstanding hospitality coupled with amazing pizza and antipasto offerings. I was a little let down that the wine I requested was not in stock, but the awesome bartender offered a Nero di Avolo to go with the Diavolo pizza and she was spot on about the pairing.
Satisfying pizza if not a little small per pie. Further drinks are nicely priced, gelato could use a little work though
