Had a wonderful time there! Food was spot on and delicious! They give you very generous portion sizes and I definitely got my money's worth! Will be making a return trip.
Took my fiancee for his birthday brunch. Our waitress Rosemary was checking on us frequently and that's a first. He enjoyed his steak and eggs while I had some pancakes, eggs and bacon. Food was delicious as always and we will come back again.
The food was amazing and the service was just as good. Very cute and cozy place. Stuffed challah French toast to die for!!
The food was Amazing!!! My sister is vegan and she loved her vegan breakfast. It is really hard to find a good place to eat vegan breakfast. We will be back!!!
One of our Uber drivers suggested Sabrina's for breakfast before we left town. It was worth hauling our luggage on our way to the airport and enjoying a wonderful breakfast. We will visit again on our next Philly trip.

We ordered Chicken Cutlet Sandwich and Challah French Toast w/strawberry and banana. Both dishes tasted great. You can tell that the ingredients were of good quality and the seasonings were right, not too salty and not too sweet. The sandwich had a kick of spiciness from jalapeno, which my bf loved. Our waitress is also excellent.
The food is great. Lots of flavor. And the portion is unbelievable.....
Yesterday morning was my first time at Sabrina's. I waited about 10 minutes and had the vegetarian Cheesesteak. It was amazing! As well as the waiter I had. Great experience
I love this place. Consistently knock out, creative food. Coffee is always fresh. Service can be a little hit or miss (the servers will tell you "they're weeded," which you should never really tell your guests) but be patient and they'll get the job done. I just don't think Sabrina's is equipped for high volume. Anyway, go eat their food. It's great.
Great breakfast. Wait staff was great.
Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. The portions were good and the servers were polite and hospitable. I will be returning.
Love it! French Toast & Bacon! Breakfast with my Bestie, Leyona and Brooke was a Great Service Person. Will return!
I'm from VA and we have nothing like this restaurant. Great atmosphere! Great food! Long wait but worth it!
So very impressed with the experience here! The atmosphere was great for a group of 7 get together, not too loud to have to yell, but lively enough to have a fun conversation. Food itself was also great, from presentation to flavors, it was all done with care. Every dish from our 7 person table came out great! Been the best brunch spot around U-city that I've been to so far. Totally recommended.
My friends and I went to Sabrina's Cafe for a little morning celebration. And I assure you that the choice was perfect. We had excellent service and the food was of extreme quality, tasty, at the ideal temperature, crispy bread, eggs at the right point. The decafe was delicious. The price according to the quality. Everything is very good, I recommend it.
What a lovely place to have a breakfast or brunch at University City in Philadelphia! We've been there due to the great reviews and they were so right! The place is so cozy, and even being crowded on a Saturday morning, we've been seated and served quickly enough. Both of the meals we've ordered were just perfect - and limeades are also delicious. I've only removed one star from the atmosphere because the air conditioning was freezing to death. Anyway, an awesome place to go.
Great food, good service, and cute atmosphere. Servers are friendly & attentive, we were seated promptly, and service was fast. The food was great, no room for improvement! We got the chicken & waffles and shrimp & grits, with an Arnold Palmer & lemonade for drinks. All were great - the lemonade wasn’t too sweet, the cheesy grits were perfect consistency, and the whipped spread for the waffles was fluffy & light - these are all things that I’m particular about with each respective dish, so it was all perfect!
So this morning me and my daughter decided to do breakfast here. The food was incredible!! The atmosphere was peaceful and a little chilly lol. The service was ok they was a little bit backed up, but besides that our visit was nice.
Love this find! I had so many vegetarian options to choose from that I was overwhelmed. Loved my mushroom toast :) and everyone liked what they got too. My iced oatmilk latte was delicious and strong!
This building is truly a gem of University City. The Victorian house is incredibly well-maintained, and a lovely waiting area exists upstairs. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich with "Hammies" (thick-cut potatoes with cheese and seasoning) and was greeted with an absolutely delectable meal. The provided brioche bun was perfectly toasted, and portions were quite large. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A little on the pricey side, but the food and atmosphere are well worth it!
I went for the peach French toast but they no longer had it. I settled for the stuffed French toast , wasn't too crazy about it. I didn't like the filling. The French toast itself was good. My grandson had the cinnamon roll pancakes. They were good but he wasn't too crazy about the crunchy streusel on top.
Fantastic food and service. Atmosphere is very interesting too, it's like an old house. I ordered eggs benedict which tasted amazing, vegetarian too. They have a great selection of vegetarian options which I always appreciate.
Brunch at Sabrina's was delightful 😊. I had the Cannoli French Toast with a side of bacon. Simple delicious. They also have an assortment of premium coffee drinks
