Me and some friends stumbled upon this bar one day trying to avoid the heat. The bartender was super friendly and offered making a special drink during happy hour to meet our request. Happy hour is the best. We went back for a second time and. Best experience yet. Jacob the bartender was phenomenal and kelly and other staff were fantastic. I love this place and will be going back regularly. We even made up a drink ask for the "28".

I love this place. I found out about this establishment 1.5 months ago and never turned back! Benny by far is the best bartender in the world! The basil chicken fried rice is amazing. I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely perfect spot for great Asian cuisine, nice energy, drink and people. Nice bar with very friendly and creative bartenders. Though the bar is a bit small, be patient because it’s worth the wait. Expanding the length would only increase the reason why this is THE place for not only a great after work place to meet friends, but also a perfect for dinner weeknights as well as weekends. I shouldn’t even be posting this because now everyone will want to sit at the bar, save me a seat...

We had a wonderful dinner. The kids loved the won ton soup! The apps were great and my chicken Pad Thai was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Tom Yum Seafood Soup was superb. One of the best Asian meals I had while visiting Phidelphia. Excellent, friendly service.

We have ordered delivery a few times (through grub hub). Menu seems to offer a mix of regional influences and dishes, not just one cuisine: Chinese of course (Szechuan?), but also Singaporean, Thai, etc. We haven't made it around to everything, but what we have tried is quite good. I love the dry pepper chicken. Those peppercorns and little dried peppers make it a feeling as much as a taste. Delicious! The spicy cucumber is also a great appetizer. Good stuff.

Great food, served fast. If you like spicy, order the cumin spiced lamb. It comes with lots of dried peppers. Just be aware that the tip is included on the bill.

I would like to start this review off with saying that I did work here for one day, one of the cleanest kitchens I’ve ever seen. The food is incredible and with the portions, you are bound to have leftovers. The drinks are always strong which makes this place a good spot for any occasion

You would’ve thought I left a review for Spice due to literally being addicted to their food for years. As you can see, I took a photo of the dry pepper wings half devoured lmao ! I highly recommend this place and they have happy hour everyday but when they are closed (which is Sunday or holidays). The chicken wanton soup is my fav during the winter months. The vibe is always good and never experienced a problem with their hospitality. Literally can enjoy spice for any function including birthday dinner, happy hour or just for a quick bite.

We accidentally found this restaurant when many of the restaurants were fully booked. I did not realize it offers Asian good and went to order The Wanton Soup or The Dumpling Soup and Satay. The cocktail drink Ginger Cosmopolitan is very good and to my surprise The Wanton Soup is very pleasant surprise and I enjoyed it very much. This sets a high standard for The Wanton Soup. As for the satay it didn't quite taste the same of what I expected, it is however still pretty well cooked. I must say this is a hidden gem in Philly.

I love the happy hour here. Great bang for your buck. All dishes are great size and portion. It's very affordable and the size of the portion is amazing. I love this place. I always crave their thai basil fried rice and drinking noodles. Clear classics. Pad thai and curry are also so good. Their udon is something to try as well!

The food and service here is amazing! I’ve been craving the shrimp fried rice since I left. I also love the lychee martini. I’ll definitely add photos on my next visit.

Spice 28 has been among my top eats in Philly for several years. This fusion style restuarant has a beautiful interior design and the food to match. As a person who is gluten-free, this restaurant does not offer a lot of GFFS compliant food for anyone who is Celiac; however, there are still some eats to be had. My personal faves were the chicken & lettuce wraps and the Dragon Nectar cocktail. (both pictured below)

Went at 6.30pm and ordered straight from the happy hour menu. The cocktails are large in volume and worth the price. The Ah tuna dumplings and chicken lettuce wraps were great! Ordered the Penang curry in beef and it was so full of beef slices and very tasty. The ambience inside is amazing, seating is wonderful. The servers are very attentive and always come by to see if we need anything. Very good service, atmosphere, food and drink for the happy hour prices I must say! Will come back for sure!

In Philly for 2 nights. Couldn't find anywhere to eat so gave this spot a try. It was super busy and the food came out faster than McDonald's. Some of the best Thai I ever had. So good I went back for seconds the second night. The drunken noodle had so much flavor.
