Hands down one of the best in the Philadelphia area. The atmosphere is great and the fish is on point.
Great food, great ambience, great service and finally great staff. We had a great time there and look forward to more such amazing Sushi dinners. We loved it and highly recommend everyone to go there. Keep up the good work, guys!
What can I say! After leaving philly for 3 yrs, the #1 place in my mind to come back to is always Fat Salmon!
Still best sushi in town!
Everything was so fresh, the dragonfly is my favorite! Cute atmosphere and reasonably priced.
Great service and excellent food. Highly recommended
Best sushi restaurant ever. I never have a bad experience here. Love the tempura ice cream.

The service was great. We didn't have to wait long for a table. Even though I ordered the wrong thing my good was excellent. I will definitely go back.
Best sushi ive ever had!!! Everything was fresh and the service was amazing
Very yummy and fresh and creatively put together!
Well-known of their sushi rolls, you can't miss 'Rolling Fire'
Good sushi and atmosphere. Beer selection was good, as was the service.
The food and service is amazing! Everything is fresh and clean and its got a nice modern feel and great atmosphere.
Came here with my friends and boy this place had some outstanding sushi! I would totally recommend Mr.French Kiss and Double Down from the signature rolls menu. They were delicious!! Along with the signature rolls, we also ordered some regular rolls including shrimp tempura, philly and spicy scallops and they were all just great! We also ordered a cold sake from their drinks menu and the price point for all was very reasonable for the quality. Definitely recommend Fat Salmon Sushi if you are craving for some good quality sushi!
Very good sushi and excellent service, we ordered several specialty rolls and the #2 special Sweet Meadow Zero was definitely the highlight. Great mix of sweet crunchy flakes and soft fish flavors. The Miss Sake Bomb, Fat Salmon, and Salmon Hako Torch rolls were also very good. Lost Rainbow was surprisingly average, probably the only one I wouldn't order again. Fried gyoza was very tasty though!
Our server Olivia was fantastic and was very attentive in ensuring my allergies were accommodated, and we appreciated her recommendations in other ingredients or dishes to work around them where necessary. We were in very good hands!
Would definitely recommend as a solid sushi spot.
This place has great sushi and it’s located at a great place! Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before heading to the local bars and clubs! Or perfect for a lunch and then strolling around the park and local shops. I’ve been coming beee for over 2 years and they never miss a beat! Also a great place for a date night!
First time going here... yum! The best shrimp tempura sushi roll I've ever had. Spicy tuna roll and seaweed salad were delicious, too 😊 Excellent service. Will be returning!
I mean truly this is the best sushi spot in Philly for many reasons. One, the staff is super nice. Two, the food is so incredibly fresh and always on point. Three, it's at a part of city that's a little less chaotic, so you can usually find a paid parking spot nearby. Love Fat Salmon, I would highly recommend!
My go-to place for some sushi rolls in downtown philly. Inside of the restaurant was clean and modern. A very upscale decor and relaxing ambiance. Good amount of seating inside, but definitely make a reservation especially during the weekend dinner service. I ordered a variety of different rolls and every single one of them was delicious. Plating was beautiful and a good portion. I really enjoyed the spicy tuna sandwich, fat salmon, and sea breeze. They also have an extensive drink menu and appetizers. Definitely order green tea tempura ice cream as a dessert. Literally melts in your mouth! So good. Servers were super friendly and attentive. Only downside was the parking issue. I highly recommend this place for some proper sushi!
We came here for a celebratory dinner and WOW! The sushi rolls were out of this world, the crispy rice was delicious too!! Our waitress Liv was phenomenal and made our experience so delightful!! We will definitely be back again & again!!
Great Place! Awesome for vegetarians (plenty of tasty options). If you are trying sushi for the 1st time definitely go here!
Went here for the first time tonight. Rolls are decently priced for what you get, service was great and the sake flight was good. The reason for only 4 start was the flamenco roll. The topping was warm and tasted like onions. Really kinda ruined the rest of the meal cause the taste lingered.
The decor is very nice, service was attentive, but I feel like the tables/ chairs are too close to others especially during covid time. I can hear everything the table close to me is saying.
The sushi was great, but the variety could use some work. I came here for my friends birthday and they were able to give her a dessert which I thought was sweet.
Food: Great sushi, $$ pricey, but expected for the area, would recommend.
Service: Good, would recommend, no problems.
Decor: Nice, but table is tight.
Parking: Street metered parking.
Would I come here again? Yes, I would and I've recommended it to others as well.
They have the best sushi in Philly 🍱 Highly recommended!!!! Especially their Karaage is so good 👍 and don't forget to get yourself some of their fried ice creams🍨
The sushi is AMAZING! Straight hit makers. Even down to their Shrimp tempura to the specialty rolls. No joke been here twice in one day… a few times. Can’t go wrong excellent date spot. A must go when you travel to Philly if sushi is your thing. Didn’t have time for photos, dove right in.

The sushi was delicious! It was flavorful and fresh. 4 stars only because I feel it was a bit pricey. Went during happy hour, which wasn't much of a discount. The waiter was kind/nice. I'd return because the food was really tasty.
They have 20% off happy hour on drinks and appetizers, I ordered ceviche as an app but do no reccomend it (image with 2 green items). Had a spicy tuna, philly roll and Alaskan roll, all came in 6 pieces, all were ok. I would go back but would try something different.
Cute little spot with a decent variety of rolls and appetizers. The ceviche appetizer was unique and delicious. Staff is friendly, good service, nice atmosphere. Seating is a bit tight, but it's workable.
