If you happen to be in the Fish Town area and find yourself undecided on where to dine, I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this restaurant. It’s an ideal spot for a friend or family gathering, and even a perfect choice for a romantic date night. During our visit, we savored the mouthwatering beef quesadillas that were simply delicious. The nacho chips were delightfully crispy, and you could taste the heat from the perfectly fried oil. With reasonable prices and an overall fantastic experience, this place is definitely worth checking out!

What an awesome little spot. The staff were super friendly and fun, and the food was amazing. It's not just cash anymore which was really helpful. Please note the nachos de veg are massive and amazingm

This is a tried and tested favorite. It’s not the best Mexican you’ll ever have (it’s definitely in the “Tex mex” mould) but it’s always satisfyingly good. Tacos, burritos you name it- classics, well done in a cool, hipster bar like environment.

Loco Pez is the local spot for delicious, filling, reasonably priced Tex Mex food! The ambiance gives 70s dive bar meets eccentric Mexican joint. Would have included a picture of our food but it was consumed immediately after receiving. Drinks are delicious, as well!

This is one of the best spots for Tex Mex cuisine in Philadelphia. I have been here many times and the food tastes as good as ever. The burritos are my favorite. The variety of salsa along with it is just amazing. The staff is always welcoming with a smile. They serve the food quite fast without compromising the quality. The place gets crowded quite fast in the evening. Afternoons are more relaxed.

Solid spot. Has some pretty cool ideas and options if you're having cravings. I got two tacos and the hot dog. The hot dog was messy deliciousness. I really enjoyed it. Thought it was better than the tacos. My girlfriend enjoyed the bowl. Solid tres leches. We'll be back with a group. Drinks were spot on.

I would go back to this place and try something besides their tacos. I saw other peoples plates and was jealous. It’s cute for a date night. Our server was nice. I liked the fries and my friend liked her burrito.

Loco Pez is a bar with dive vibes a choice taco program. Excellent guacamole. I’m getting hungry just writing this review. They give you the option to buy single tacos and the variety of options are fantastic. Sit at the bar or one of the tables in two rooms. Admire the decor and nosh on those succulent 🌮

Went in for lunch. The food was surprisingly delicious. From tacos to burritos to guacamole whatever we ordered was super awesome. I have never liked salsa but to my surprise I liked their salsa. And the margaritas were good too. The server was nice and friendly. The restaurant was Nice and cozy. Oh the only down side was it’s cash only.

I love loco pez! Food How can you not love $1 dollar tacos during their special promotions. I've tried all the tacos, and they are all pretty good. My favorite is the al pastor. Service Our waitress was fine considering how packed it was, but it would have been a bit nicer if we got checked up a bit more often.

We were on the area and got hungry and casually ended up going to this cozy restaurant, didn't love all the dishes, shrimp tacos were underwhelming but al pastor were really good, guacamole was on point, a little more expensive than I expected. The staff was lovely, I actually forgot my leftovers(a half fish burrito) and when I went back to get it they had thrown it away but insisted on giving me a whole new burrito, this very kind gesture definitely caught me by surprise and it'll be a reason for me to recommend this place

The food and margaritas were amazing!!!! I am already planning my next time back. We really loved it. Update: We now come here often now. One of my favorite spots. The food is so good!! They make the best margaritas. The blood orange one is to die for. My favorite food here is the pork Quesadilla. My boyfriends loves their Beef Burritos. He always washes it down with an ice cold Corona beer. Great Spot and great chef!!! My first time ordering dinner for take out tonight. As usual my carnita Quesadilla was delicious and so was my boyfriends burrito but we also ordered hard shell beef tacos and they completely fell apart. The bottom of the shell got so soggy that everything fell out of the bottom. We still ate it with forks because I didn't want to waste good food. It still tasted really good as usual. Maybe with the hard shell tacos they can put the meat and toppings on the side for the take out orders and the customer can put on the taco fillings by their self. Just an idea. Still one of my favorite places to eat!!!

My favorite Mexican food in Philly, amazing margaritas. Cheap and quick, delicious food and drinks. They have a 3% service charge for the kitchen added to the bill but worth it in my opinion with the food prices.

Cute little Mexican cafe with great authentic foods and nice Margaritas! Outside and inside seating available. Attentive waitress and waiter that made sure we were ok after drinks and food. Small community feel and interesting people.
