I warned my family that the Japanese food we get in California is generally pretty good and better than we can get elsewhere. The food here was on par with what we’re used or better.

We ate at 2nd floor. The owner was accommodating to allow us a group of 7 adults with 2 kids to eat at 2nd floor when first floor was full.

Great variety of rolls that are made with good quality fish. The service was excellent and the place itself was subtle and peaceful (very nice piano music playing in the background). Perfect for a calm dinner after a long day.

I frequently get take out here. The sushi is always good, the best miso soup I've ever had, and the chicken katsu don is delicious. I've had several of the appetizers too and they've all been good.

Great atmosphere and friendly service. Probably one of my top spider rolls I’ve had. It’s only four rolls but 100% worth it. They’re larger than other rolls and deliciously warm. You can’t eat a spider roll in one bite, I’d like to see you try.

A venerable institution that’s been around for decades. Was perfect for a business dinner. Sushi is so fresh and delicious. Exceptional execution. Warm and attentive service. Hot towels when we sat down. Excellent selection of fish.
