I came to Philly to get my passport renewed and had a lot of time to kill. So I wandered around this food market and came across Pearl's and the staff was so nice, I decided to dine in at one of the tables. There is a lunch counter, but I didn't want to have to worry about the crowds. The food is so delicious. The waitress, Penny, was super friendly and patient. 10 out of 10, I recommend and would love to go back.

Quality food at an affordable price with decent portions, one of the best breakfast joints in the city Pictured: Breakfast platter including eggs over easy, savory pork rolls, crisp home fries, and buttery, not-too-sweet French toast

The food was great. I was in the mood for seafood and found this place (a short walk from City Hall). The waiter was very nice and attentive, the prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was an open mall setup with the different dining options separated by counters and half walls. The clam strips were extra crunchy but that was ok. I will definitely return.

Their cocktail sauce is amazing and I had asked if it was homemade the day before so I decided to have some shrimp. They were huge and very good. So good I went back the next day!

If you’re in the Reading Terminal stop on by. Nice spot to grab a quick breakfast before moving throughout the terminal or about to hit the Philly streets. Always fresh, hot, and quick and the staff is very friendly.

I look forward to coming to Pearl's Oyster Bar when I'm at the Reading Terminal Market -- it's my favorite place to eat. I love the fried oysters! The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is fun, especially when you sit at a table facing the market's aisles and people-watch while you eat.

Came here for breakfast this morning. The waitress was wonderful, super nice. The food was about a 7 out of 10. The ambience and atmosphere is pretty cool a lot of seating available, and the prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out for yourself. They also have lunch available.

Stopped in to take a look around the Terminal and ended up stopping for breakfast after seeing the French toast on a lady’s plate. Grabbed the 3 egg and meat classic. The turkey sausage was really good and my husband throughly enjoyed his French toast which were huge. Affordable and quick

So impressed with this Reading Terminal Market staple! Had the shrimp and grits (with crab gravy), and a dozen raw oysters. So good!!! I might start coming by every weekend to treat myself. Compliments all around to the staff.

Came here for the chicken and waffles. The waffles were nice and soft on the inside, but the texture on the outside was more to be desired. The wait staff was inattentive to me as a Black customer, but was more attentive towards the caucasian customers. Service was a little slow and most certainly did not enjoy the wait time for a refill. This restaurant needs to hire staff that’s fair and doesn’t treat one customer better then the next. Chicken was ok but under seasoned. Overall 3.5 out of 5

I got the fried oyster platter and my daughter got the fried platter that had cod, large shrimp and clam strips. Everything was absolutely delicious, including the fries and slaw that came with platters. The service was fast and friendly, food delivered piping hot. HIGHLY recommend!

Fries were great - nice and hot, great flavor. The fried flounder was done well, but there was no seasoning on the fish. I don't expect a heavy hand's worth, but a little salt or something would have brought everything home. The service was nice and staff was friendly. There wasn't a long wait and the area was very clean.

Just a counter service in the Reading Market but oh my! The food is great! French toast was thick and cooked to golden brown. Crab macaroni and cheese = gourmet quality with twisted cavatappi pasta and crabmeat!

My family and I were here on vacation and came across Pearl's Oyster Bar located in Reading Terminal. The breakfast food was amazing as well as the fish sandwhich!. Our host Jarod, was very professional and patient as we were a party of 6. He was very attentive to our needs. He knows how to keep customers happy. We highly recommend eating here!. Wish we had one where we live.

I visited few restaurants in Reading Terminal Market, but this was my favourite of them all. Went there for a breakfast, but my family wanted to go there for a lunch as well. Both menus had many fun and delicious dishes. T Also the staff was so nice and attentive. Thank you!
