The space is nice and airy. There is also an outdoor space. Kids friendly as well! My husband ordered the steak and eggs. While the steak was perfectly cooked, it was over salted. The potato side was amazing! The potatoes were crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and were flavored really well! I ordered the shrimp and grits but that was a bit of a disappointment. The grits were not as creamy as I had hoped but the shrimps were marinated well. The best part of brunch on the weekend was the live music!! Loved the unlimited coffee and the entire vibe there. I would definitely return back!

There was no live music when we visited, which suited us well so my friends and I could all catch up. Food didn't wow us, but we were starving and this was the closest bar to us that also had vegetarian options. We might try to visit again when it's more lively! The dining area was clean, spacious, and has very rustic decor.

I’d give the food 3/5, the atmosphere and restaurant itself is beautiful bringing this up to 4/5. There is indoor and outdoor seating and by the time my sister and I left they were playing live music. They have a nice big bar with lots of space I definitely would like to go back one night and hangout. My sister got a spicy margarita and it was really good! I enjoyed my pulled pork sandwich, it’s not the best ever but it gets the job done. No complaints. My sister said the Mac and cheese was bad. I tasted it and it’s definitely an acquired taste, I can see why she didn’t like it. Some might say it’s bad, some might say it’s unique. For what you pay food wise I probably wouldn’t bring someone here for dinner, just drinks and watching the live music.

My husband and I got married here! I have way too many positive things to say about the whole experience. Our first meeting with Christine really sealed the deal for us. She was so excited to help us and loved our ideas. We wanted a pretty intimate venue with a really unique feel, and they delivered perfectly. Christine continued to be available for any questions that came up, including helping us find a band, and the event was executed flawlessly. They were super accommodating for our vendors and planner. People still come to us to talk about the amazing food, and we were able to stay within our budget with so many extras as well. We will definitely be spending a lot of time here in the future (and not just for the amazing potatoes).

The food, coctails and the music were fantastic. The ambiance is plain even stoic, but I was there for the music and they didn't disappoint me. The excellent food waa a nic surprise.

The food was good, the atmosphere is vibe. It's very nice. There's ample seating. The street parking is difficult. But there's a lot that you can use: a QRS Code to scan and pay it's pricy but, you're essentially "downtown "

Heritage is great. Food is fantastic, try the scallops. Cocktails are top notch - Beet's Knees is my personal favorite, but even if you aren't a beet loving weirdo like me, they have great specialty cocktails. Music and vibes are immaculate.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and excellent live music. The Sliced Bistro Steak is shear brilliance; every bite is a joy. The Hotel Lobby is just one of many great drinks, not to mention all the great draft beers. The service is friendly and the live music is the perfect compliment to a wonderful evening.

We had an incredible experience working with Christine Castro throughout the process of planning our wedding weekend welcome dinner at Heritage. We had about 25 guests and rented the outdoor patio space. From our initial conversation, Christine was extremely organized and expertly coordinated the details of our event far in advance. In the months leading up to our event, Christine promptly and thoroughly answered all of our questions over email. We had very little planning to do outside of our meetings with Christine to feel completely confident in her ability to make our vision come to life. On the day of our welcome dinner, everything was executed perfectly. The decor had been set up exactly as we had described, and Christine communicated with us throughout the night to ensure that the event was timed just right. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the staff were highly attentive to our guests. We can’t recommend Heritage and Christine highly enough!

We came on Friday night where there's live Jazz music starting at 7pm. First off, Northern Liberty is kind of an up and coming area with a lot of restaurants geared towards the young and hip crowd. This is a very nice restaurant although i can think of another one that is better (more on that later). Street parking, as Northern Liberty goes, is nightmare, so i would suggest you reserve a spot (there are a few commercial parking lots within 5-7 minute walking distance). This restaurant has a nice large dining area with reasonably high ceiling. Service is good and quick. Drinks are fairly priced and good tasting although they tend to go for the sweeter cocktails. So be very specific if you want your drinks on the dry side. They are very good at making sure your drinks are served quick and refilled. We had the fried chicken sandwich (tender, tasty), the gnocchi with shrimp (also very good, although the gnocchi style is non-traditional, but that's fine by me). Roasted vegetables are finely done and tender. Their price/serving ratio is also very reasonable. Their bathroom is gender neutral, clean, but the booths are small and a little cramped. The jazz music is good but due to the large dining area (thus, a lot of diners), it's a little noisy and it slightly drowns the live music. Hence my 4/5 rating. Very good, but not great. I've had a better experience at another restaurant called "South", where the southern cuisine is slightly better, and there's a dedicated (smaller) live Jazz performance area with more intimate setting, and the crowd who go there are more quiet so you can enjoy the music better. In other words, at South, the jazz music is part of the main attraction, while at Heritage the music is more of a background compliment (as such, it's fair that you have to buy a ticket, at very reasonable price, to enjoy the live Jazz at South, while the music at Heritage is free). Hence i give South 5/5, a slight edge over Heritage. Don't get me wrong though, Heritage is still quite good. You probably should try both and compare them yourselves.

We had tasty drinks but the HH mussels were super yummy. I like that they were not too big and the sauce was perfectly suited for them! I wish they'd give a slice more of bread however. Also I loved the live music. A perfect sound to unwind to!

Popular but quaint. Friendly yet not in your face. Always delicious. And a relaxed vibe. I've visited since 2019 and Heritage never disappoints.

Loved the interior decorating of this place. Duck poutine was delicious. We went during happy hour and loved the mussels and wine. Only missing one star because the deviled eggs were a bit too salty for my friend. But otherwise everything was tasty! Service was great too! We only wished we stayed for the live jazz at 7:30pm. But unfortunately we had other plans.

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We found our bartender Somali (AKA Smalls) to be friendly and attentive. Additionally, we had the opportunity to meet Chef Tony, whose food was an improved twist on some classics - loved the shrimp and grits (great portion) and the gazpacho! Only thing that could have been a level up is the band - they really tried but we expect a better caliber in the neighborhood.

I liked the atmosphere and music playing, had some really good songs. The bar looked very nice. It is definitely a place I'd grab a drink at. The lamb meatballs we're delicious! Really liked the sauce w/ pita. The crab cake sandwich I would have rather done as just a crab cake, the bun didn't do much for it-- live and learn.
