Today was the first time I eat here, and I really love all I ate, the seasoning , the order it was place, except I would had place the fruits and other deserts at the end. Other then that every thing was perfect.
The employees look friendly, with manners. Our server, what a sweet heart and we were alot of people.
I’m sorry the ones that had a no too good experience , try it now. Remember if you are trying to fix your place somethings will be out of place, until you are done. Hope you have the experience we had today.
May God bless you all, hope you stay or get even better then today.
I hesitate to give too good of a review, but Picanha is our favorite and "go to" restaurant and I hate to let the news out! But when we just don't feel like cooking and want some delicious food, we head to Picanha! The high end Brazilian Steakhouses in the city can cost a lot more, but Picanha is BYOB and you will leave with a happy belly! Bring some rum and have the staff make you a homemade Caipirinha! The staff are awesome and we've been there often enough that we know many by name. In fact before my wife even gets to the grill, Jorge has the pork tenderloin waiting for her! Go, visit Picanha, and bring some friends!!!
We love the place. My son said its probably like eating in a place in Brazil....a local place the meats are cooked perfectly service top notch. You can really relax and enjoy a great meal. Both my son and were so full.
Just like a typical Brazilian place. They have a self service, per pound option or an all you can eat option. Food is excellent and 100% authentic. Go on Saturdays when they have feijoada. You won't regret it
Food was amazingly delicious. Great and friendly staff. Highly recommend this place who wants to eat a well great season steak.
I just loved it so much, great fresh food, very fresh smell, great sauces, great native Brazilian vegetables and fruits, great flavors: spicy and not; great atmosphere. The meat (chicken, pork and beef) was cooked on the special grills. The beef was great. I also loved the "chicken garlic" with the crunchy cork outside and juicy inside, which made it very pleasant to chew and swallow...producing a lot of saliva in my mouth, which is the most important for the best, enjoyable healthy digestion.
THANK YOU! WILL COME AGAIN!!!

We were going to take our son to Fogo de Choe for his birthday but we found the price to be too expensive. After some research we found Picanha and we are so glad we did! The food was great and the staff very friendly. It's nice to have this little gem in our neighborhood!
Nice environment joint with delicious food! There you can have a wonderful experience off Brazilian culinary and culture, highly recommend!!!
Great service, the server was nice, the waitress was nice the food was delicious plus byob. Didn't rush us to leave after we ate. Great price for the amount of food. Will be coming again.
Great food, great service. Fun atmosphere. All the meats were cooked to perfection. They had home made flan and rice pudding I HAD to try... YUM!!!!
Ceny & erica were our waitresses . We've been there many times they are always extremely polite, knowledgable and very friendly. They had other tables but never failed to make sure we didn't need anything. The gauchos are excellent !! love all the fresh juices !!
Made our visit much nicer.

Feel free to check it out for yourself. This place is best for tones of yummy goodies especially the grilled beef and pork perfectly cooked.
The food is awsome... place is nice, customer service great !!!!
Excellent management, food was fast and good. Steak and sandwich’s were good!
Amazing food here. Very fresh. The salad bar is bangin. The meat is cooked and sliced as you order. I will come to northeast Philadelphia more often because of this establishment.
For the money excellent. Meat was tender and well done as we ordered. Salad bar was good and everything tasty. Not as good as TexasdeBrazil, but better than FogodeChao for considerably less money. Four adults that have tried lots of Brazilian steakhouses, we enjoyed and were impressed.
I call this poor man's Fogo De Chao/Chima. I call this poor man's Fogo de chao/Chima. If you've been to both & you tried Picanha Brazilian Grill you'll know what I mean. The ambience is less romantic, there's no fillet mignon BUT its cheaper, it has a more homey feel to it, its BYOB & their salad bar is enough to fill u up! Because aside from salads, it has meat dishes, diff types of pasta and some other brazilian dishes. Oh, and did i mention that their picanha (the actual meat) is comparable to the restaurants i mentioned? & their sausage is very good too!
Awesome. My wife and I LOVE this place, and we've introduced it to a lot of friends. We've both been to Brasil (I spelled it this way on purpose) and think that Pichanha does a fairly authentic job at what they do.
I still haven't been in for the all you can eat meat extravaganza, but I never feel like I need to. You can actually purchase food here by the pound (many Brazilian restaurants actually function in the same manner in Brazil) if the onslaught of meat is not for you. Most of what I've had there has been absolutely delicious - they even have feijoada (which is a hard find in the US)!
It's a BYOB, so make sure you bring a bottle of wine (preferably red with hints of pepper) to enjoy your meal with. If you want an awesome experience, walk next door afterward to Baby Boi - it's a Brazilian grocery store that sells authentic Brazilian items as well.
This gem of the NE is worth my drive (I live in S. Philly, so it takes me 20 -30 minutes to get there)!
GOING BACK BUT BYOB. The wife and I went for Rodizio at Picanha for my birthday and were both very well pleased and exceedingly stuffed. We'd give it 4 stars. It reminded me of a couple of places I was in 15 years ago in Brazil. It doesn't have the price or atmosphere of Fogo, but I can easily do without the flowers and ice sculpture. It loses a half star because the meats aren't quite up to the quality of those at Fogo, and another half star because the air conditioning is minimal.
The staff was helpful and fun, and the salads and fruit were fantastic. We really could have used a pitcher or 3 of Sangria after 95-100 degrees outside, but it's BYOB so we'll keep aware for the next time. It's a great value for your dining dollar.
I can’t believe you don’t know this already, but I love me some brazilian food. Like LOVE LOVE LOVE it. It’s one of my absolute favorites. I was lucky enough to go to brazil for 3 weeks a few years back, and I fell in love with everything about the place,
Best place for Brazilian food in the Philly area! Not only the meat cuts are amazing but the buffet is to die for. Every time we go, the food is always so good!
Food selections and experience much better than the Fogo De Chao or Chima.
So amazing !!! Awesome service!!!!
Pretty servers!! And most of all every 5 mins someone is coming over with delicious 😋🤤 choice cuts of mouth watering meat and grilled vegetables!!!!!!!!!!
The place is a little confusing at 1st since they sit you down and everyone is moving really fast so if you need an explanation of how things work you must ask, but afterwards everything is great everyone is nice and service is very fast. Good food good service just takes a second to figure it all out
Food can be amazing depending on day and time of the week. Because if you go 1 1/2 before closing options of food will be dry and over cook.
Best time to go in my personal opinion is during week days between 6pm-7pm and any time during the weekend.
We did catering with them for my Mom's 75th birthday... Food was excellent... service was good.... Please when you do orders with Picanha be very specific with any food or diet restrictions... Do not leave the Restaurant without checking your order... But the food is DELICIOUS
Great place for the meat lover. All you can eat is the way to go. Quality. It's expensive, 95$ for two people with drinks, but it is worth it. Come hungry.
Surprised my beau with takeout tonight....I was so happy to get to this place again. We've missed it!!! Great meats and good sides/salad selection. Always fresh! And the fresh juices are amazing...cashew and mango are our go tos. This time I got garlic steak, top sirloin, garlic chicken, and sausage along with potato salad, vinaigrette, mushrooms, rice with shrimp, black beans, and I think its mac and cheese but made with penne pasta instead so I don't know the name. Just call it delicious! Got about 3-3.5lbs of food and 2 drinks for $40 and def worth it!
Everything was soo good!!
Definitely coming another time
We sat outside and there were no napkins anywhere🥺 that can be improved tho
Very good Brazilian steak house, including a buffet of various Spanish dishes, with waiters who bring different types of meat around on a skewer and cut it at the table. The food is very good, but one big problem was that none of the dishes on the buffet are labeled, so if you don't know what they are if you don't know Spanish cooking. The service was very attentive and the meats range from good to excellent. I would recommend this place for dinner, especially for groups or family dinners as there is plenty of room. The main dining room has a very high ceiling, which is good for not feeling like you're in a small space, but bad for noise so it's a little loud.
Love this place. I usually go for the pay per pound option. Very reasonably priced. Food is delicious. Their deserts are also banging.. definitely recommend it
First time stopping by Picanha in the Northeast and our host for the night was Pietra. She was very polite and often checking on us to see if we need anything. Food was great and service was awesome! Don’t forget the mango drink. Highly recommended this place.
